[Resolved] Irctc — Complaint

I am trying to book the ticket from bangalore to ajmer in online but i am unable to do.. The time i login and enter the from, to, date and then when i click next it says service unavailable. I am getting this message every day at 8am from past 15days. And it starts working only after 08:15 am. I know this irctc people do desirably. Service and i hate karnataka irctc board people. They dont even know how to talk also. Especially that acm who in railway office. Blady on karnataka govt and railway. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Well, looks like they gave you a reasonable solution for tatkal tickets...now you cant book tickets online at 8 AM ..
The astrologers the railway 'management' might be consulting would have shown better indications of nakshatra re-positioning at 10 AM which would be beneficial for the people booking tickets!
