Ticketing Failure — ticketing failure
I had booked a ticket for delhi to faizabad 13 oct 2009 for tatkal ticket through online. but i havent find out my ticket. please tell what is problem is this. last I find out URL I am sending youhelp me

I tried to book Railway Reservation Tickets Through IRCTC online e-ticketing facility on 29aug2012. during the booking process due to network failures my transaction could not succeed and reservation was not done. when i cheked my account balance on 29aug2012 balance is showing less amount by Rs 368/-. I request you to kindly look in to the issue and debit back my amount to my account.
