[Resolved] Irctc — shows account does not exist

when i tried to open my account of npdesai99 in irctc site it shows the account does not exist. i have written a complaint 15 days before also, still my account is not activated, when i tried to open new account it shows that my mobile has been registered ,and new account could not be opened.
as my mobile was registered with my old account , you ask for a new mobile no for registering new account, why should i change my mobile no for new registration .mobile no is [protected].
pl do the needful as my account is existing from last 2 month.

Indian Railway catering & tourism corporation — account does not exist

Dear Sir,

I have my account with IRCTC for railway reservation, my account id is rajarao28 and my registered email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com. I have booked ticket and I want to take print out, but when you enter id & password it shows account does not exist. Sir please help me.

IRCTC — a/c does not exist

i cannot operate my irctc a/c id npdesai99 as it is written that your a/c does not exist. my email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com.this problem is from last 1 month. pl do the needful urgent. thanking you.
