IRCTC / Ticket — ABOUT REFUND

I had booked a ticket with Irctc. But I was not able to make travel. So, I had filed a TDR as per IRCTC procedures to get the due refund (some 50%). But It has been nearly 16 months and no action whatsoever has been taken. The date of journey was 27/09/2008. The PNR no is [protected]. The Transaction no is [protected] and TDR filed on 29/09/2008. I have made acomplaint regarding this to IRCTC, but they have not taken any action yet. Please help me for refund.

This is seriously very bad thing. Just mailing me that we escalated the issue.

I had booked a ticket with Irctc from GHY TO TSK journey date was 5th of july in the name Mr. M KESHAN and K KESHAN. But I was not able to make travel because of bharat bandh and train was running late by 6 hrs. So, I had filed a TDR as per IRCTC procedures to get the due refund. The PNR no is[protected] The Transaction no is [protected] and RBR no. 12349201 through onestopshop. and TDR filed on 5/07/10. Please help me for refund.

sir my ticket is not booked but irctc deduct the amout from my account...as wel transaction id is[protected] the account shows settlement failed.....my irctc id is naved_d.....

AS PER RAILWAY EXISITING RULES WE SHOULD GET FULL PAYMENT BUT NO HOPE AT ALL PNR NUMBER WAS [protected] TILOTTAMA F/61 REFUNDED HALF ONLY WHY?[protected] JAGDISH M/65 STILL WAITING FOR REFUND NOT GOT AND ANOTHER TWO TICKETS WE GOT HALF PNR NO WAS [protected] PAID 1024 AND REFUND GOT 512 WHY? EVEN TRAIN WAS LATE BY 11 HRS SAME DAY SAME TIME ANOTHER WAS [protected] PAID 2846 AND REFUND GOT 1423 RS ONLY PLEASE REVISE THE RULES OR TAKE THE CLARIFICATION ABOUT THE EXISITING RULES OF RAILWAYS WHY WE WOULD NOT GET THE FULL REFUND.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to PNR No [protected] from New delhi to Dhanbad on 15th Jan 2011.

The train no. 12382 was delay by more then 12 hrs on 15th Jan 2011 and i have not traveled on this PNR and filled the TDR on 15th Jan 2011 to get my booking amount back.

Still in refund status it is showing "Refund under process" and date not available.

As promised and by rule of IRCTC after filing the TDR you get the refund with in 90 days.

But in my case it has been more then 180 days. still i get email from IRCTC that refund is in progress.

Please, take necessary action to resolve this issue.

Dear Sir,
I have booked ticket for Delhi to Ranchi on dated 11 jan 2018, and after booking ticket was showing under process. After some time I received a call and that person told me that price of the ticket become more costly rupees 2000/- so u shall agree to pay more than your ticket confirmed otherwise same has been not booked.
I was not agree with him and my ticket not booked but amount from my account has been debited same day.
When I contact for reversal he told me that your amount credited in your account in 2 Working days, but My amount is still pending for reversal. So kindly do the needful at your end as earlier possible.
