as far i can remember i have orderd for 60lakhs lottery not for any tour.so please cancel that order as early as possible.i am not interested.

i have register my order at ITBC my order no is OGA[protected] and order value is Rs. 2249.00 only. they confirm my order on 2.12.08 but sitll i not recevied my material. so please inform about my order status either its in process or cancel.

ITBC CHEATS ITS CUSTOMERS THROUGH VARIOUS OFFERS THEY GIVE ME AN OFFER OF TRAVEL KIT OF 2598 AND A MORE THEN TWO MONTHS HAVE BEEN PASSED MY GIFT HAS NOT BEEN RECIEVED TO ME AND NOW THE SAME GIFT THEY ARE GIVING TO ME IN RS. 1000 PLEASE MY NO. ITBC — not receiving the gift

my itbc no. is 08770119. i have placed an order for the 16 cd pack + ree bok shoes + gifts for Rs. 2249/-. For that i have paid an advance amount of Rs. 2249/- through my credit card on 22/11/08 but till today i did not received my order. they give m e the order no. OGA[protected] and also giving me consignment no.495748 . i have written so many time through email and also called up your customer care no. they always give me a new complain no. but did not giving any satisfactory reply.

That time i was asked to your sales executive please send me your
terms & conditions by mail but he send me only four images including
reebok offer and dont sent me any terms & conditions.


As per your sales executive i dont need to pay any other Amount
regarding this offer after booking but as per your terms & conditions
displayed on your website i will pay Rs 800 for each order why i will
pay? I was booked this offer specially for May & june month in 2009
for manali & i was clearly ask to your executive and he accept it and
dont tell me any conditions that this offer is not valid for some
specific period. He also was not told me this voucher should me claim
within 60 days of invoice. For air ticket he dont clear me that ITBC
will pay only or only basic fare not any taxes. Your terms &
conditions shows i will pay other applicable taxes why when u did not
tell me at the time of booking. He tell me you can Booked your hotel &
flight by phone to us only before seven days from booking date. Now u
tell me what will i do and what do u have option...?

i am very very unsatisfied, confused & afraid about ITBC service & my
tour programmes.

I have already discussed 2 to 3 times on phone to ur executive but i
don t get satisfactory reply.

i received a sms from LM-BlueDart mentioning:
Your order no 0RA[protected]MC from ITBC will reach you tgru Blue Dart on or after 13-july-09 .you are requested to keep rs 999 ready in cash to receive the same.

bt i never placed the order for the same or any..still they are asking for money and trying to sell me something which i never order or wanted.. plz help and take necessary action..i wont be paying them anything.

ITBC — Fake Benetton Sunglasses

I have bought Benneton Sunglasses for Rs.499 using http://www.fs4i.com/ website. I got a call from the customer care and a confirmation mail too. I have got a courier after 5 days but i have found out that they have sent me fake sunglasses which are not worth more than 200 bucks. Please dont believe the offers online. They are completely fake.

I had booked an order from this company ITBC (I really don’t know whether his India Today is the same prestigious magazine which even politicians wish to endorse) under the order no M-COMMERCE/0GA[protected] on 25th Jan 2009 for a Black Chrono Swatch Watch for Rs 3199/- The transaction no is [protected]. I waited for the order till around 25th Feb. I received neither the order nor any tracking form the company. So I decided to enquire about the order The have a toll free no [protected], which never works probably works only on the website for mentioning. I called them on[protected]. After about 15 mins of wait I was being assisted by a CCE (Customer Care Executive). I gave him the booking details and he gave me some nonsensical excuses for the delay. He again initiated the process of sending the order, thus bringing me back to square 1. This time when the parcel arrived they asked me to do the payment on receipt. Now this was a shock to me, that I have to pay twice for the same order, so I rejected the parcel and I informed this incident to the company. I was fed up with the kind of service they provided and now I wanted cash back. The CCE confirmed that I would be granted cash back once I provide them my credit card statement which shows them the transaction. Now why the hell they need that if they have received the amount from the payment gateway. Even then I provided them with the snapshot of my credit card statement. After that there was no response. I tried a lot many more time to ask the status of the complaint no 28226. I left the hope of having my cash from these very high profile cheats.

But suddenly on 20th May I received a call from them that they want to confirm the address to send the order. I stressed on the fact that I have already paid for the order and even the CCE agreed after checking the records and confirmed that you don’t have to pay on delivery, but again the same story. The courier company asks for the payment on receipt of the parcel.

I have tried a lot of times to communicate this inconvenience to their call centre. But, their CSE are very smart, they have ready made statements for all your queries “Sir, Your request has been forwarded to the concerned department and you would be receiving a mail in 15 days”. Even when I called them in March, April, May, their reply never changed. I really don’t know whether such a department really exists.

Even today I have received a SMS from ITBC stating that the order no 0GA[protected] is sent through Blue Dart 0RA[protected]MC (probably docket no.) and again they have asked for cash on delivery.

I really need some assistance to get my money back from these cheats.

Holiday Stay voucher — ITBC day light robbers - Online complaint

Its been more than a week and 3 emails sent to ITBC re - holiday stay voucher refund as informed by mr Adeel at tel[protected], there is no response to it till today

hellbent on wanting the promo code, twice we wasted around 15 mins waiting for the executive and they said promo code was on the way. IT DID NOT.

finally on 28/08/09 - after a 15 mins wait i was lucky to get MS NIRMALA DEVI with whom we were blunt in our talks and she assured that she wud send the promo code immediately - reason for not dispatching earlier was given as YOU HAVE NOT CONTACTED US TO CONFIRM YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS HENCE YOUR PROMO PACK IS LYING WITH US - utter lies

31 aug, being fed up with this holiday package, and no reply fm premier sales promotion made various attempts finally getting JASMI on the line at 5.00 pm who assured me she will send the promo code by email by 6.00 pm.

once the promo code arrived, i went on the website resort-store.com - and the code wud not work.
only to be told that i have to put the code in the voucher code window and not promo code window.

once i opened the website was shocked to know there are only 4 places in india ( i was told there are more than 100 locations in india and total 3000 incl foreign sites ) which is again a lie.
i had repeatedly asked during booking of any hidden charges, which i was told it wa none - now the OOTY resort utility charges are nearly rs 4000/ that too in a god forsaken place. and the best surprise it - the same holiday package is available on the net for the same price - for which i had to go thru all the hassles.

also please note - we had tried one of your earlier offer and found the adidas carry bag substandard and when shown into an adidas showroom in mumbai, they said they were doubtful of its origin.( they were trying to be modest i presume )

view all above we are not interested in the holiday stay voucher and look forward for refund of our Rs 5943.
Mr Adeel after checking with his manager on tel[protected] has confirmed that the full amount will be refunded once i give u all my reasons in writing inorder they cancel the promo code and send full refund.

please do not force me to go to the press, consumer forum and all my friends on the internet and settle my Rs 5943 at the earliest.

I suggest you wait for 2-3 days and if ITBC does not contact you and refund your money, inform as many friends/relatives about the day light robbery by Living media. also send it to India today Rival publications as they will be eager to publish it to bring this fradulant transctions /scam and warn public to keep away from the same. if you need i can send u more websites to expose ITBC and living media frauds

ITBC — Sent damaged Material Benetton sunglasses (0GA090040705)

After sending me damaged Bentetton sunglasess they refused to accept courier when I sent them back based on there advise, many mails and telephonic complaints has been done but nothing has happened.

Now how to make them stop bombarding me by emails and phone calls offering me various more products, do they still think I am willing to be cheated again and again ???
