ITC — Selling more than MRP

Cigarette Shop inside Building 9B claims to be an ITC authorized shop. He sells only ITC products. But he charges more tham MRP on all products. If a customer refuses to pay, he simply sends them away.
He says - do whatever you can ?
This is cheating with customers. I want to take this to the highest level.

ITC — charge more than mrp

Sir since january the itc company sales distributor Dakappa and company Bagalkot is charging 20% more on each cigratte he is selling to retailers.MRP he is not charging.Kindly take action on him.Thanking you

i am retailers of malkangiri (district) state orissa distributer surana general store is charging 30 % more on each cigarette he is selling to retailers wiiles flakes cigerates mrp 39 rs but seling 43 rs he is not give original bill in market . no any company person is visit in market so that reason he is give excess rate.
