[Resolved] Itc Limited — Floor meal quality problem

We are using AASHIRVAAD floor meal from last 4 months. This time we find that the wet floor meal is getting black after few minutes. We are suspecting that there is a presence of some dry chemical in floor meal and it should be checked in qualified laboratory. This quality of floor meal may create health problem to me and my family. We purchased Aashirvaad Instant Rava Idli mix (500 gms) on 06/10/2009 at Gandhimathi Stores, 41, Kamarajar High Road, New Perungalathur, Chennai 600063. Merchant ID 50093728. Batch No: MBVLNBV1. Barcode:[protected]. We tried to make idli which resulted in idli with bad taste and bad odour(also caused my brother to vomit). We lodged a written complaint to the merchant mentioned above and gave the package wrapper with sample piece of prepared food. It was a real bad experience for us as we're a regular user of MTR Rava Idli mix and wanted to try ITC's Aashirvaad because of good reputation and brand name. We spent Rs. 42 for the Rava Idli mix. I would like to get prompt response from you and get our money back. Please do the needful. Thanks.
