Jabong — Broken product - Company is not refunding the money

Hello, My order no is [protected] My product is broken and i need a refund ASAP. I have sent several emails related to this matter to customer support but they haven't taken any step yet. I also sent them pics of the broken product. The product is glass table. Now they want me to pack a table and send them back. How can i pack a glass table? I m no expert and i dont keep packing materials with me.
