[Resolved]  Janapriya Engineers Syndicate — House completion form Builder

Janapriya is the worst builder in the world. If you want to know about them, pls go to Hyderabad. Recently I have seen the ad and other attractive things displayed in their brochure. Then, I contacted my Hyderabd friends and all of them advised not to go for Janapriya and seek some other builder. Still I couldn't believe them and hence just visited Hyderabad and visited the Nile Valley and their Utopia Projec. To my high shock, I saw in my eyes that still the Utopia Project is not yet completed. They have started both the projects during the years 2003, 2006 Even after 10 years they have not completed the projects. I spoke to the residents standing outside of the wall and came to arrogont stories of Janapriya Management. They have not yet handed over the swimming pool, Gym...in Utopia Project near Mehidipatnam at Hyderabad and you can see the Ist Block itsel[censored]nder construction. The flat owners told stories of harrassment of Janapriya Management. As per the information collected from them, I came to know that Intially they will show some construction activies during booking of the flats and it will become very slow and aftersome time they will not bother you at all. If you follow up with them, there will be rude reply and unfriendly attitude from them. If you go to consumer court also, there will not be any solution to you as you have to wait years to get judgement.

After learning all that, I thanked God to have saved me from booking a flat with Janapriya. In case you do not believe the reviews, please go their ealrier projects as I have done and check with the flat owners there, you will come to know the reality. Further, before buying a flat, please visit the builders other projects also, you will come to know the truth. My Hyderabad Friends saved me, thank God.

Still if you want to purchase a flat from Janapriya, even God can not save you, Then your wish!.

Worst, Worst, Worst, Worst, Worst builder in Hyderabad (entire India), a big "thu" on their faces. I am being tortured for years by Janapriya. Dont even think about it in your life, OR ELSE YOU HAVE TO PAY GREAT COMPENSATION LIKE ME.. ZERO STARS. WORSE OF THE WORST. LEAST THAN WORST. NO HOPE. HOPELESS, USELESS, EFFORTLESS, HELPLESS - ALL LESS

I agree with all the people who are posting against JANAPRIYA. I can prove also if required.

we bought flat 2 years back in janpriya, no feels like did a mistake

1. its 2 km from main road, i u dont have vehicle struggling life.
2. In summer water prob in hyderabad, but in janpriya its August till now water prob.
3, No common area light and lift will stopany time,
4. they says we will give backup when light is not their, they never keep dissel
5, they are breking rocks and digging every where during rain waer get stored there and no passage for water to remove, so we are enjoying mosquitos,
6, their door and frame are very cheap quality.
7, seepage and leakage prob there people dont know how to resolve.
8, He is providng 20 liter water cane intsead of manjera, that water is of very bad quality.Few people saw mosquitios in their bottle,
9, We are forced to take internet and cable connection from the janapriya decided people(onlyhaithway aur airtel) and their service is very bad.

Recently seen one of their Advt. where in they have coined a new slogan - Next Generation Builders - > Yes very true, book it now and they will forget u once you pay the money . Your next generation may get the pocession - That also not sure ...

I bought a 3bhk flat(4116&17) in janapriya metropolis in 2008.They handedover the flat in2010.Very very bad construction.From the first day itself i have aleakage problem in my master bedroom.No bady is responding.Every week I go to office and wtite a complaint. Nobady is there to look over these problems.Please help somebody to solve my problem.

I've heard that some court case is going on Janapriya Metropolis & classic homes. Now the case is with Supreme Court & builder is not disclosing the facts to any buyers.

Now the buyers are also vary about buying there & they are currently taking back their money from the builder. Just be cautious if anyone trying to book there. All banks also don't give loans to the buyers, only select banks will give. Once builder constructs & leaves the premises all the owners will be liable to any preceedings of the case. worst case will be owners needs to pay a lump sum to the other party.

I am Rupak Sengupta. I have purchased a flat in Janapriya Greenwood almost a year back.
I had been suffering since then. For each and every maintenance work I had to pay to the workers (Plumbers/ Electricians/ Supervisors) from my pocket.

I understand that since Janapriya Engineers Syndicate do not pay salary to their contract workers, the workers are not ready to do the maintenance job even after repeated complaints.

The so called Customer Relationship Manager is useless, who never takes the calls or respond to smses.

I booked a flat in Janapriya lakefront in April 2011 and the delivery time was 24 months but it got extended to 26-27 months but I am pretty happy with Janapriya as the quality offered was nice and they were quite responsive with each and every call of query I made during the delivery time and I would be shifting by this December.

I am getting pathetic and harsh treatment. Flat is not handed over in the 3.5 years and not compensated for the delay as well. They use some abusive language and have added hidden costs as well.

Potential buyers please stay away from Janapriya constructions

I booked my dream Flat in their LakeFront Prject ( Sainikpuri) in November 2009.. At the time of booking they claimed in 18 -24 Months Flats will be ready for occupation.. Now almost 55 Months over..

Still it is not ready and years passing ... They are not keeping their commitments

We have booked villa in Silver crest sainikpuri, Hyderabad. Its very disappointing that yet they have not completed construction which was supposed to be completed in last year latest by Dec 2012. Right now cant say about quality of construction but for sure there are no updates as and when construction will be completed. Staff are frequently changing & so are the commitments

My gentle request if any one who has booked villa in Silver Crest & come across same problem pls come forward we all together can put pressure on JANAPRIYA for completion of construction.

I own a flat in Janapriya Nile Valley, and It is the worst decision I have ever made buying a flat in Nile Valley.
No quality of leaving, no water, polution everywhere, no basic amenities(not even 10% of what is agreed by the builder).

Janapriya made extra money for everything but nothing is in place at the moment and is not expected that Janapriya management will do it overnight that is not done from past 5 years.

I booked a flat at janapriya lake front in 2012 and they(janapriya) promised us to hand over flat by march 2013 but till today I can see only unfinished walls, when ever I ask, when will I get my flat means only answer I heard is WITH IN 3 MONTHS but this question I am asking from past two years.customer service is worst, when i send mails also i wont get any kind of replay.

My humble request to who ever want to buy a house at janapriya just go to all reviews you will get a proper idea how janapriya customer service or how they work

I think it decades to complite a project in janapriya, so please thing 100 times who ever want to buy a house

I bought one flat in janapriya nilevalley, hyderabad in november 2014. Till now I haven't got the possession of the flat. Each time I ask the janapriya sales team I get only one answer I will get possession in next 3-4 months. Never given any particular date of possession. These guys are very shameless people engulping our money. They always talk very harshly...


BEWARE OF THESE GUYS...If you are planning to buy one from these guys then please understand the situation and proceed...


Unfortunate buyer in nilevalley by Janapriya ...

We are also booked flat in Janapriya classic homes block II & they didn't handover any flat in this block ...we are struggling last 6 years...costume support is very rude n they didn't share other flats owners contact number also
