[Resolved]  Jet Airways — Regarding JET PRIVILEGE CARD

Iam a frequent flyier of JET airways and i was told by the airhostess to fill the form of Privilege card so that i would get the point whenever i travel thru JET.To my surprise the temporary card was not recognized by the JET systems for two times(TWO card no's) and inturn they were asking me to fill one more form.Would like to understand from the management of Jet Airways if you don't have capability of maintain ing proper system in place why do ask the guests to do this and that.Please look into this.

Jet Airways — baggage delayed by 65 hrs and things stolen worth 125$

I have landed in a serious mess and its all due to Jet airways. I traveled from Brussels to New Delhi on 9th June. I waited for my baggage more then 3 hours and finally got to know it has not been shipped. I complained Jet Airways about that and I was assured to get my baggage next day. Since then I was never informed about the status of my baggage accept the lies from Jet airways. I tried calling 50-60 times everyday but nobody ever attended the calls . Finally when I got connected and I asked for compensation they told me no compensation for Indian Passport holders. Today I have received my baggage after 65 hours without any apologies. Moreover several things from my baggage are missing like my new shoes, clothing, thermometer, chocolates worth 125$. My Ticket was booked from American airlines who held jet airways the end flight carrier responsible for compensation. Nothing is working out and both are playing blame games.
I have purchased clothes which were missing due the delay in my baggage and my further travel plans have been ruined adding further to my bill . Please help me.

Jet Airways — unable to activate jet privilege card

I was asked to fill the form for privilege card by. airhostess .Also was alloted a temprory card the no is[protected].
This is 3 months old ,after that traveled 3-4 times but till now the card is not activated .
Pls do the needfull and revert back on the same.

I ALREADY APPLIED ONE JET PRIVILEGE CARD, I GOT THE CARD NO:[protected]. AND THEY INFORMED ME THEY WILL SEND ME ORGINAL CARD WITHIN 10 DAY TO MY ADDRESS, BUT STILL I DIDN'T GET THAT CARD TILL THE DATE, CAN YOU TEL ME WHAT IS HAPPENINIG THERE.

Jet Airways / Aai Mumbai — luggage damage/stolen

i travelled from bhopal to mumbai via jet airways on 9th sep 2009 and on 23rd july 2010 from bahrain to mumbai, at both time at delievry of luggage my bag was broken and few things were missing, from bhopal to mumbai on 9 th sep 2009 morning although bag was broken but nothing was missing but during recent incident from bahrain to Mumbai on 23rd july 2010 i was prompt to get baggage on time, after finishing immigration i found broken lock, damaged and somebody has put scratch/on items , it seems somebody was searching for important things, and i come to know that these things and incident are common at mumbai airpport especially with jet airways, I was shoked as it happened twice with me in 1 yr with jet, i asked jet employee at delivery counter to put complaints but he refused and snatch complain form , i called DM mr kumar he declined to talk to me any how i asked mr vaibhav (jet employee)at departure to put complain then he gave me jet aitways complain form, he gave assurance but did not gave any receival abt complaind as i had no choice b/coz i arribed at mumbai 3.30am and i had flight upto bhopal at 5.30 am, it seems whosoever did it he was aware of this fact, it seems with support of sr ground staff and Airport authority mumbai this incidents are happening, i m not the only one with whom it happened regularly but pessanger who usually come from middle east experienced this frequently , as most passenger has another flight or in hurry he feel uncomforable to go forward and airport/jet authority does not show interest pesanger get harrased, i want justise and want to make ensure it must not repeat and again i have doubt when i will depart from bhopal to bahrain via mumbai on 3rd sep 2010 it will happen again.

Jet Airways — Theft of Luggage belongings

Flight Details - Jorhat to Kolkata - 9W 2477, dated 26.07.10
Kolkata to Bengaluru - S2 364 dated 26.07.10
Baggage Tag No. 0589 9W877994.

The suitcase was booked from Jorhat to Bengaluru and on arrival at Bengaluru Airport the suitcase lock was found broken and some currency notes missing from the bag. The security roll was found intact all around however after breaking the lock the money was withdrawn neatly from the side pocket of the suitcase. It is understood that valuables should not be carried in transit luggage however some amount of money may remain in your locked suitcase for emergency. It is suspected that the same was observed during Luggage X-Ray and marked for carrying out this act of theft and cowardice. Jet Airways should maintain genuine and personnel of integrity for such duties hence forth.
I have not received my original jet privilage card.

Jet Airways — Incorrect Penalty Charge

I had booked a Jet Konnect Services flight from Kolkata to Pune for 25th October 2010. On 21st September I had to cancel it due some problem. I received an email from Jet Airways that my flight had been upgraded from Konnect Services to Jet Premium Service, i.e. from 2401, it was upgraded to 9W202, due to which I have been charged a penalty of Rs.1750, whereas it should have been Rs.750 only as per the airline policy. I have written numerous email to [protected]@jetairways.com, clearly stating about the incorrect penalty that I have been charged, but there has been no action from their part. Recently they refunded the amount after deducting Rs.1750.
Why should I pay more for penalty when I didnt ask them to upgrade my flight?
The money is refunded within 14 working days of cancellation, but the incorrect amount was refunded after 30 days. What action can be taken against such unprofessional behaviorfrom such a giant airline?
My ticket is attached.
i am holding JP Blue card no[protected] and my recent travel have not entered due to my mistake, vide boarding pass no seq/45 & seq /9 - advise how to enter the same in JP benifits system.

Jet Airways — Refund of Taxes

My name is Sandeep Nath.
i travelled from london to Mum and Mum to JDP in Jet Airways. and i took return ticket but due to some family problem i could not go back ...... and cancelled my ticket in time...and talk with customer care for my taxes back as i cant get the full money bcoz my ticket was partially used....but customer care was unable to tell my how to atleast get my taxes back which is almost Rs 13000..

Jet Airways — Sudden cancellation of flight without prior notification

Flight no. S2 - 513 from Kolkata to Hyderabad on 12 Dec, was cancelled by the airlines without any prior notification to the passengers. No alternate arrangements were made and the airlines refuses to book an alternate flight for the passengers.
jet airways seems to have this problem which they have not bothered to rectify or solve. you apply for your jet priviledge card and are given a temporary no which never gets recognized and your real card never comes. kingfisher sent me my card in less than 5 days, they are so well organized with their postals and their priviledge card, i already own a platinum membership with them and its only been 6 months. congrats kingfisher, you are definately the reigning airline in india according to me and millions more. jet airways, get your act together and stop fooling people that your so called priviledge card actually exists.

Jet Airways Aka Jetlite — Mishandling of the baggage

Hi team,

yesterday i flew from guwahati to delhi (via bagdogra) in jet airways flight 9W2280. then further there was a jet lite flight(S2 224) from delhi to hyderabad (delayed by 45min-1 hour).
When i collected my baggage at the hyderabad, shamshabad airport, i found that damanaged. the stand of the suitcase was broken. i approached the very unhelpful and ill mannered staff of the jet lite. Initially he said that madam your suitcase will be repaired (will be collected and dropped by them from my home) but later he asked for my boarding pass and after making me wait for 10-15 mins, he conveyed that since " this is an external damage and since you are an economy class flier, this will not be repaired or reimbursed". I requested him for his name etc which he denied saying that in my complaint i can mention the apprival suporting staff (i wonder if they were at all supporting).

So, now i request the authorities to escalate it ot the concrened department and also convey the name etc of the concerned person who will justify the breaking and not repairing of my luggage.

Forgot to mention that the member of that un supportive staff also included the GMR service people once in his statement in the mishandling and the breakage of the suitcase.

I have Jet Privilage Card #[protected] which expired on December'10. Till such time I have not received my new card. In view of my frequent domestic and international travel, my Silver Card should be upgraded.

Jet Airways — Hassled on free ticket provided in lieu of a cancelled flight

I travelled on a flight from Bangalore - Delhi - Chandigarh. The Delhi chandigarh flight was cancelled due to bad wether. So instead of reimbursing the money I was given a free ticket from Chandigarh to Bangalore. I was not informed that the ticket was waitlisted from Delhi to bangalore. After reaching Delhi the ground officials told me that the ticket was waitlisted, none of the officials were ready to even talk about it. I had to fight with them to get onboard the aircraft to Bangalore. Due to this my baggage was left behind in Delhi with the officials telling me that the baggage will reach my home the next day. I think there has to be something for empowering the customers against airlines. I would have rather bought the ticket and travelled hassle free if this was what I have to go through on a free ticket.

My wife and I are regular travellers of Jet Airways. We both have got temporary Priviledge card for about four years. My membership card no.is[protected] and her is[protected]. We were told by your employee at the Airport that we will get the original plastic card very soon. We are still waiting for them without any joy up to know, Please let us know how long we have io wait as the temporary cards are going to pieices.
