I got a get privilage card number through net[protected] and they promised me that they will issue orginal card within 10 days..now it is almost 3 years and I travelled morethan 18 times during this period but I did not received the card yet.I don't know what is happening there..

I am a holder of jet privilege card no[protected] I fly frequently to India & have always given my card no I am surprised that why my card has not been updated still I have the blue card.last time travelled from Bhopal to Mumbai to London (LHR )on 17th February at that time checked my mileage it was 88735 miles, & because my card has not been upgraded I was not able to use my miles twice I had to pay for extra luggage which could have been wayved .on 18th September 2013 I paid rupees 9080, and on 17th February I had to pay rupees4000. Both times it was told that if my card had been upgraded to silver, or gold as I had enough mileage, but at air port the staff said they could not use my mileage said has to be from main office.
Unfortunately your Jet office in Bhopal has been closed & they haven't got enough staff at air port.
Can u please tell me whose fault is, I wanted to use the card but unable to
I want to know how I can get my extra luggage payment back & how can I use the mileage to update & when can I get my new privilege card.
I have been using Jet airways, since 2008 or even before that what is the use if you don't get any benefit
I would like u to sort my problems if I don't get your answer I will stop to use jet airways
