[Resolved]  Jet Airways — Regarding JET PRIVILEGE CARD

Iam a frequent flyier of JET airways and i was told by the airhostess to fill the form of Privilege card so that i would get the point whenever i travel thru JET.To my surprise the temporary card was not recognized by the JET systems for two times(TWO card no's) and inturn they were asking me to fill one more form.Would like to understand from the management of Jet Airways if you don't have capability of maintain ing proper system in place why do ask the guests to do this and that.Please look into this.

Jet Airways — Not Refunding the Amount

Hi ,

This is very strange but very annoying behavior of Jet Airways staff. I had booked my ticket via ibibo for (bangalore to raipur : 25th-may-2011 & raipur to bangalore: 29th-may-2011) return trip. I had cancelled my return ticket of 29th-may-2011 (raipur-bangalore). I was waiting for my refund amount when i checked with the airlines they are saying i have utilized the flight.

Can anyone tell me without check - in how that ticket can be utilized. And for example if i have utilized the tickets than they will be having the records for the same. I have 1000 of proof that on 29th i have not gone to airport also.
What Jet Airways staff is trying to prove here ?

What i should do now i dont want any other passenger to be cheated like this.

Jet Airways — final web fares always higher than booking price

Every try to book on jetairways.com?
Trying to get flight from colombo to kathmandu.
the final fares AFTER entering credit card information is almost always different than their first quote.
Hey, look, this is all computerized? If there is a fare increase, why is it now changed in their data base, rather than deceiving you by booking the lower fare?
What if everything you attempted to buy online, they advertised one price, but when paying, quoted a much higher price????
This is really unethical, unfair, and deceiving.
I expected more from Jet.

Jet Airways — Missing gold chain with pendant from checked in luggage

I had checked in my luggage at Ranchi Airport on 24th August,2011 which had a gold chain inside a box .When I opened my luggage at home found the chain missing and also the box position was was changed.

Jet Airways — Lying, Harrassment and monetary loss

Dear Sir,

My 4 relatives including an old mother and a child were supposed to travel from Bagdogra- Kolkatta- Chennai and reach Chennai at 18:10 hrs from where they were supposed to board the train. (Ticket no ETKT 589 [protected])

However in Bagdogra airport they were told that Kolkatta airport is closed due to bad weather and flights will be too delayed and they will be re-routing via Delhi. We agreed as they had to catch the train from Chennai at 10:15 pm to Mangalore.

However on arrival at Delhi airport, the airline staff had no information about the ongoing flight to Chennai which did not have any seats nor Kolaktta flights getting cancelled/delayed and they could not understand how they arrived there.

On this I got suspicious and called Kolkatta and I learnt that Kolkatta had good weather today and no flight was cancelled/delayed (the ones they were to fly in).

Ms. Shrada of Bagdogra airport maybe in order to accomodate her known passengers deliberately lied and cheated my passengers. I am sure of this as, after the passengers reached Delhi, she refused to pick the call or come on the phone. You call from new number, they will pick the call and say she will call back but after that they wont pick the call from the same number again.

This is a deliberate act of lying, cheating and HARRASSMENT to the passengers by a Jet Airways staff. My passengers who should have been in Chennai to board the train will have to stay at a hotel in Chennai and take the flight tomorrow from there to Mangalore. Not to mention the harrassment at the aiport and hearing that "there are no seats" in Chennai flight, "You were supposed to go to Kolkatta, how did you land up here in Delhi?"

Because of this cheating I had to cancel the train tickets, book flight tickets for all 4 passengers from Chennai to Mangalore and also book a hotel. All these extra expenses (over Rs.17,000) because somebody casually thought of lying and misplacing the rightful passengers from their flight to serve their own puspose not imagining the loss and harrassment faced by the passengers along with monetary loss.

Jet Airways — Refund Fiasco

This is regarding the refund for a canceled sector (HYD-BLR) on ticket with the PNR# FQDWXP. I had canceled the aforementioned sector on this ticket on November 23 2010, & was told I would be given a refund for the balance amount (ticket price - INR 750) within 8-10 working days. It has been over a month and a half with countless phone calls and assurances from Jet Airways staff that this would be taken care of within a week, and so on, and I haven't received the refund yet.

What's worse is that I had made a change to the itinerary before canceling the ticket, and Jet did not send me an updated itinerary. Not only did this cause confusion at the airport, it also resulted in frequent counter-questions every time I called the customer service reps.

I went ahead and requested a travel certificate to get details of the sector I actually ended up flying on, and requested it back on November 28, but have still not received it in my inbox after an assurance of 3-4 working days in the auto-response email.

Now, in the end, I am left with no option but to file this complaint, as this has left me completely frustrated, running around the customer service execs for almost a month and a half already. And all of this for a refund of just INR 2k+

Jet Airways — NON REFUND OF TICKET FARE

I had got confirmed ticketed booked with JET LITE, having flight NO. S2 238 DATED 2.1.2012 starting from New Delhi Terminal 3 at 16.10 to chandigarh> though boarding pass had been issued agaisnt seat NO.6 F (SEQ 45) yet the same was cancelled and was announced at 16.45pm . Ticket was sealed as cancelled with noting to refund full amount within 8 working hours yet the amount of the ticket has not been credietd to my accoutn from which the ticket was got booked. I am really sorry on casual and careless approach of the JET AIRWAYS (JET LITE) in behaving with the passengers. the amount be credited to my account forthwith, failing which matter will be got reported to media. IMMENSE harrassment was caused besides irresponsible behaviour of the officials

Jet Airways — Refund Not Given

I was trying to book a ticket for jet airways flight 9W365 for 30th january 2012 for passenger Akhil Kovilakonda. But when I made the payment i got a transaction failed message while online payment, But amount of Rs 4406 has been debited from my credit card. I have raised a complaint on 7th jan 2012 with jet airways but the refund has not yet been done and there is no update on the my request from Jet airways even after more than 3 weeks. This is absolutely pathetic service. I want my refund immediately.

I had purchased a Fierro collection 9 pair earring set with pendant for 31 British pounds. This was rusted and not the quality expected. I would like a refund or exchanged for a different product. I would like to be replied on this as soon as possible.

Jet Privilege Card

I filled the Jet Privilege Card on 17th March 2013, at Bengaluru Airport when i was travelling to Canada. Till now I did not get any information about membership number, if it has been processed. Can you find out the latest information about the matter.
