Same issues on Blumac Electric Chimney. While buying they told me that it is from Johnson.
It has so many issues and very Poor service.
While complaint is issued about 10 days back and still the service person didnt arrive.
They seem to have stopped this product and say there are no spares.
Be careful about this brand.

Its a useless company i had one in my bathroom also and started leaking suddenly i am still thinking how to repair it i had called one electrician also he also said he cannot repair this and said Johnson geysers are most problematic products.

Please don't buy Johnson water heaters, The service is very very pathetic & no one cares for customer.
I logged a complaint on Thursday intially they said they will attend on Saturday, On Saturday upon calling i got a respnse saying they will come on sunday by giving very silly reason.
And ther's customer care No#'s is alwasy busy on top of they don't have automated system of complaint booking.
I strongly recomend please don't go for this.

I purchased water geyser from Blumac electricals, waste product and more than waste service,
especially your service man Mr, Srinivas need to take training for the basic conversation over the telephone...how to talk to the customer and for the commitment,
pls change your service man first.

If anybody wants to buy a Geyser please not this brand. Above said by all users 100 % true and I just heard from their company service people and its a shame to this brand.

JHONSON aqua sizzle geyser was purchased last 5 months ago and it was working for just 2 months and we are complaning from many days and there is no response from the company.
This company is the worstest company they even respond properly ...
