This in regards to above mentioned subject, I had given the request for redumption of my Account on 17th Sept 09,
My agent Mr. Trilok Mishra has promised me for the direct credit of my money into my SBI A/c.
He collected the required documents me for the same.
Inspite of requesting for direct credit, the warrent has been issued for the co.s side to my mailing address.
but unfortunately because of re-construction or re-development reason our area has been demolished and we have
shifted to another place hence the cheque has got returned to the co. back from Vichare Coorier.
I have logged this compaint to Reliance customer care no.[protected] have spoken to parmanand he gave me the request id no. 06417639
Today I again call up on the same, and got confirmation by Santosh that my cheque is lying at the Fort br. of Karvy computer share.
Hence I tried contacting you thru your various contact nos. i.e 6623 5353 / 6623 5454 / 2206 2077 / 6638 2666 and lot but I fail to get the concern person.
I got this e-mail id on your site, hence I am mailing for my request.
Your prompt action in this regards will be highly appreciated. If you provide me your proper mailing address of the br. where my cheque is lying, I will make my self ready to collect the same from your br.
