[Resolved]  Kasna Indane Gas Service, Greater Noida — Gas cylinder not supplied

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am consumer of Kasna Gas Agencey Greater Noida and my consumer No. is 017669. I had booked a gas cyliner on 09.11.12 but on 25.11.12 I received a message on my phone that my booking has been cancelled. I personally visted to agency and they told me to book cylinder again. I booked my cylinder again on 25.11.2012. Agencey person confirmed me that I will receive my cylinder within 2-3 days but till date I have not received my cylinder. I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbour to make food. Today I tried to contact gas agency again but phone numbers are not reachable.
Please help.

No need of writing comment as no body will take care about your valuable feedback or complain, every one is busy, I also book cylinder in Kasna Gas Service Greater Noida, date on 1.9.2016 & got sms date on 11.9.2016 that cash memo [protected] against booking no. 742784 has been generated but again I got sms date on 14.9.2016 that booking has been cancelled due to door close, this is not first time, this happened every time that booking has been cancelled due to door close, which is not true, one person always available in my home.
So if any one can look this matter then I will be highly obliged him
