Kenstar Air Conditioner — AC not working from day 1 | |
Hi! We had purchased an AC from Spencer Retail Ltd. the address is as below Homage Bhavan Richmod Town 11 Bhabola naka, Vasai Station Road Vasai (W) Thane Mumbai 401202 6451168 This AC was from Kenstar Model no. KT10GNSP, this was purchased for 13490 on 07/06/08, and since that day we have got no response from Spencer nor Kenstar, we have been approching both the parties since then as the AC is not working . We would request you to please consider my appeal as we do not see any thing coming our way Looking forward for a quick response from the forum, please help as I am sure there would be many more of my kind of consumers who will be facing the same kind endending problems Best regards Ravish Was this information helpful? | |

Kenstar — Air Conditioner not working
I bought Kensatr Air conditioner from M/s Radhe Corporations In june 2010 and Since August Air conditioner is not working I have registered my complain at Consumer helpline atleast 20 times but no response.False feedback from Kenstar helpline is reporting that technician visited your place and it is repaired Iam fed up with the way Kenstar is treating the consumer.
