[Resolved]  Kenstar Eastem Pres — don't issue duplicate bill product under warranty

i buy new eastem press last august month date is 04/08/2010 and this product not working properlyso i tell him it is date plz if posible so issue me a duplicate bill so shopkeper tel me its not posible we issue a new bll and u pay WAT 14% then we issue u old date bll i[censored] dont pay WAT so we dont issue duplicate bill plz help me if it is posible so
