[Resolved]  Kenstar Food Processor — Bad after sales service

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

Your after sales service is pathetic, lousy, I had raised a complaint on April 17th 2013,BAN [protected] but till date April 29th, 2013 nobody has attend to the complaint despite repeated call to your/videocon customer care. I have been regularly following up with the centre every second day. I have decided that I will never buy Kenstar product and will make sure tell every known person that your service is lousy.

i have register a complaint for kenstar food processor which i have purchased in july'12.. thrice i have complaint no one has attended...fed up calling customer care..pathetic service...very very poor
