[Resolved] Kenstar Lcd Tv — not working from local control panel

During Aug 2008 I purchased a 32" Kenstar Make LCD TV from Vijay Sales Ghatkopar West. After two weeks I realised that TV is not functioning from local control pannel. I lodged the compaint. The enginner visited and advised to replace the pannel. However till date he has not turned up for defect rectification/replacement of control pannel. As of now the TV is operational from remote. Same problem faced by me for the KENSTAR-32 purchased by me from vijay sales, chembur in 2008. When complained within 1 month of purchase, the service mechanic came and tried to fix the problem but could not resolve it. He advised to operate TV from remote till the local panel is replaced. Inspite of reminders I am still waiting for replacement. Recently it has started giving swithing on problem even from remote. Shailendra-[protected]
