Registered a complaint for faulty water heater (Model: Kenstar Jacuszzi KGS15W5P) in beginning of September (Complaint no: GHA[protected]). A technician visited and made a report that some part needs to be changed. Until now, there has been no resolution. The technician who came has left the company's service. They have changed service technicians 2 times but no one has resolved my complaint. Called up their Customer care multiple times, they assure me action will be taken soon, but nothing is done. They have given me numbers of superior officials. Nobody picks up these numbers, or they are switched off or not reachable. I am now feeling very helpless as a consumer.

    Brand new kenstar ac very poor quality, just 2 weeks of purchase, ac producing loud noise
    Brand new kenstar ac very poor quality, purchased brand new kenstar ac, via amazon on 11th april 2018. Its been just 2 weeks since i bough this ac but from 24th april 2018 morning ac producing loud noise and unable to use it. And i when i call customer care since 25th april, no one is responding and it auto disconnect after 20 mins. Likewise i have been trying many time and spending almost 20 mins each time and everything gone in vain. I have also tried messaging service but none called me back. So now my request is to replace this product and provide me brand new ac. I don't want you guys to service all i need is to have brand new ac again. Because one if we start repairing the sense of new will go away and i need to call you guys for amc for life long. I don't want to get into such worst situation. I demean for a replacement.

      We registered a complaint for faulty water heater 6 months back. A technician visited and made a report that some part needs to be changed. Till now there is no resolution, but our complaint has been closed by kenstar. I tried calling the customer care, most of the time the call is not connected, sometimes the executive listens to my story and says he will transfer the call to his superior, but i keep waiting and no one answers. This been going on since 6 months. Please look onto this and provide a solution. The warranty of the geyser will expire next year.

      Continuous water is leaking form Gyser, one staff has visited and checked .
      he reported that tank will be changed. But this will be availabe after Diwali.
      I called to dealer after Diwali, He is not picking up my phone. But he shared one contact no. for assitance. I called on that no but that fellow also not picking up phone.

        I bought a jacuzzi geyser which has 2 years warranty and 6 years warranty on tank. Several complaint was registered to the kenstar customer service for last 1 (One) year. Every time they registers a complaint and when i call them to check the status, they says our mechanic have visited your premises and no electricity was there. Whereas no one visits from the kenstar. They makes a false claim and closes the complaint. I could not use the product i paid for. And now they don't accept any more complaint saying we are already working with your complaint. After sales service is completely ignored and cheated. The money and time is wasted and i am cheated by the kenstar company. Feel free to write back on any queries.

        Dear sir. my kenstar washing machine is not working.
        Pethatic service, I recommend not to buy products.They will not respond to mails and even corporate numbers not working. I felt like company closed. I raised ticket 2 months back and still no response from them. One time they gave an manager number blr syed and ispoke to him once, after that he is not picking mybcalls.BAN[protected].
        My complaint not resolved even after 45days of waiting and folloup.

          I have complaint 6.11.2018 for the geyser which is not working properly and getting shook at the tap, so not using now. I have called customer care 12-15 times and everytime they say that wait for 48 hours.
          How much i have to wait it's already one month. Today is 9.12.2108.
          Should i use in summer 2019.
          Its really a very bad service from kenstar.

            I have purchased a geyser from a. K. Chamaria, bangur avenue, block a kolkata - 700055, phone no [protected] vide invoice no. Lil/uae/11/14 dated 28.11.2018. The geyser is under warranty period. The product found leakage from the date of installation. I have called several occasion to the dealer but they do not give any response of my call. I have also informed kenstar customer care vide complaint no 0006 on 28.11.2018 but did not get proper response from them. They also denied to give any support. Now i have no other option but lodge complaint to your forum to resolve the issue at the earliest.

              I made a complaint to Kenstar Customer Care . They said that my problem will be resolved in 48 hrs but it has been one week and my problem has yet not been resolved. Whenever I call them they say that it will be resolved by end of the day but nothing has been done. The phone number of local service center which they have provided is invalid due to which I am ot able to contact them.

                Poor company, bad products and services, worst employees.

                I believe they are maintaining world class poor service and are leading in bad products.

                Their employees don't pick calls. Commit fake promises.

                From mechanic to branch manager and ceo to difector, all are rubbish persons don't even dare to their repo on public platforms.

                Hats off to you damn hell guys.

                  Hi team.

                  I purchased 6 litre kenstar gyser. I registered complaint on 2nd october and till date its not resolved. Touchbased with rajasthan head mr. Kishan and supervisor mr. Arjun saini. They told me that tank and assembly will get replace. But its still pending and might warranty will get pass on because the complaint is pending from last 1.5 month.
                  Tried to call mr. Azar the no rcvd frm customer care. Everyone is just making fun of customer service and having fun. My complaint no which was closed without visit which i reopened by me again is JAI[protected]. Team this is an puthetic experience which i am rcvng till date. Please let me know if you or your team can do anything. Or if there is any responsible person available who understands the meaning and pain of customer.
                  Else i have to knock door of consumer court with all recordings which was happened from 2nd october.
                  Hope to see positive response from so called branded company.

Seriosuly pithetic customer service from an brand which i beleive needs to be out of the india market if these sort things happening to customers...

                  Please let me know how to get route from consumer court and louge and case for all and on company who are least bothered to solve the comolaint.

                  Its solved now... Thanks for the help. But just to share that the product quality of gyser body is very poor.

                  Abhi 1 saal bhi nahi hua aut kitchen kei gyser body ki paint ki papdiya nikal rahi hai... So bad quality of product.

                  Kenstar gyser this time is very bad quality... And isko solve karne ka koi bhi dhani dhori nahi hai.

                    I had purchased kenstar geyser on 5th nov, 2018. My geyser stopped working. I had logged a complaint on 13th nov, 2018
                    Complaint number : cha[protected]
                    Eta was : 48-72 hours
                    I called customer care several times but they are not ready to share the status of mu complaint. Dont know what they are doing. They had a very big team also, but no one is ready to work for their customers. I called branch manager (Mr manoj) also, he told he will send someone to get this geyser repaired. But that day didnt came and he stopped picking up the calls.
                    I need product replacement only as the product stopped working within 15 days from the date of purchase.

                      We have purchased Kenstar Aquajoy geyser 25 ltr on 13-Nov-2016. This Geyser is not working from last 2 months as it is leaking. The complaint has been raised 2 months back, Executive came and told that it will be replaced as Tank is leaking. Thereafter Multiple Followup has been done with customer care number and no response has been received form then.

                      This seem to be the only option for me now, Kindly take care of my request and help in resolving this issue or replacing the geyser asap. As this seems to be a torture if no complaints are entertained even in warranty.

                      Kindly help in resolving asap and i am attaching the bill invoice on the same.

                        Worst service centre i interacted so far. My gyser is leaking. Rasied complain, did mail., contacted mr amit but all effort goes in vain. No body from ur side even take pain to respond. From 30 th oct my complain is pending. Ur customer service no is also pathetic. They either disconnect d call from their end or else d no comes switch off. The same complaint i raised in april n ur technician says we don't require gyser in this weather n he closed d valve. N issue still remains pending. Horrible way of kenstar dealing wid customer

                        I purchased Kenstar geyser. It's not working from past 7 days...I tried to reach customer care[protected]..but seems it's not functioning.(same number showing in Kenstar portal...not sure why it's not updated...ideally the number which displayed on portal should be working)..I am unable to reach authorised service centre number also. Already I have sent the mail to customer care...but didn't receive any reply. Please send service person details near nizampet, Kukatpally, Hyderabad or provide me the service centre details near me.

                        I am planning to complaint to consumer forum if I don't get any updates in 24 hrs..

                          I have raised a complaint for repairing of my kenstar geyser with your customer care on 6 oct 2018 and again on 26 oct 2018

                          Its been more than a month but no action has been taken on the complaint yet even after calling customer care 6-7 times.

                          Customer care guys say that engineer will come today or tomorrow but nobody comes. Even service center number shared by cust care does not connect either they are switched off or busy always.

                          This is the worst kind of customer service for any electronic appliance i have experienced. Can you please escalate this matter and take action on people responsible.

                            Hi,

                            I have made a complaint in august regarding my water heater not working. I have called atleast 30-40 times and the customer care just tells me that the part is not available and disconnects the call. The technician who was in-charge says he's no longer working for kenstar. Yesterday i called for a refund and they claimed someone will call me back. Today when i called for an update they tell me they've closed my ticket with the reason that "technician visited the house, but house was locked" which is not true cause i was at home and no one called or came from kenstar.

                              Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                              I have registered a complaint for my geyser on 29th-Oct-2018 and the reference number is KOL[protected]. Seven days was over but till now no represtative has been called me for service. I have called the customer care, atlest 10 times and found bellow responses from customer care:
                              1. Right now our server is down and please call after 30 minutes
                              2. We have forward your request and you will get call back within 24 hrs but no one called me within 7 days
                              3. I will message you the tecnician number, please call him but till date i have not received any message or techncian contact number

                              I am really frutrating with the after sales service given by kenstar and thinks buying geyeser from kenstar is an mistake.Request you to kinldy accelerate the matter on urgert basis.

                                I am adi narayana reddy, i purchased kenstar hot spring gezer march this year from ramdev electronics toranagallu, bellary. Last month gezer tank leaked water it is in warranty period immediately informed to dealer, he informed to distributer and service mr ashok bellary, his service boy checked and replied to me this tank is leaked pls taken to bellary. This is in warranty period we replaced tank free of cost. But more than 12 days mr ashok couldn't repaired or reply to me. I request to you pls do this urgent.

                                  I had purchased Kenstar air cooler Model: Little Super DX in the month of May 2018. After usage of one month only it stopped functioning. I had registered compliant against Kenstar Customer care on 02.07.2018 ref No - MUM[protected], after that I kept on following up but neither the technician came nor there was any feedback from Kenstar. I again registered a fresh complaint on 26.09.2018 Ref no - MUM[protected] I called your service center the technician came & inspected the machine. He told that the Motor has to be replaced & it will be replaced when they get it from Kenstar company. Now its almost 2 months I am following up with these people for the same. Had suffered a lot in the October heat at Mumbai.

                                  What I can say is that a pathethic service from Kenstar. I would suggest people not to purchase any Kenstar product.

                                      I have raised a complaint against servicing of my water gyeser bought from kenstar and it is under warrenty.
                                      It has been almost 15 days but no response from service center.
                                      Daily i am calling them on [protected]. Every time they are saying it will be resolved within 24 hrs but nobody is attaending the same.
                                      Please try to put my cocern and pressurize them to resolve it asap.
                                      Kenstar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I have KENSTAR KF30CBGT-MGZ model, this model has functionality for horizontal rotary but unable to use or start, for better understanding can you please give us the user manual for this product
