[Resolved] Kenstar — Faulty Material of body | |||
Hi, I bought Kenstar cooler, Cyclone Model:CD-2001 which is working in good condition.However, the outer body is craking and its letting the water flow out while running the cooler and the outer plastic of the body has become fragile which keeps crcking on its own.I believe that its a manufacturing defects which needs attention of the manufacturer.I tried the customer care but did not get any response from their end. kenstar cooler(cyclone) — customer care not responding
i brought kenstar aircooler .after that fews days later my swing was not working then logde acomplain person came from vizianagram to deal the complain &he said that he has to replace the swing motar but already its 2months passed no action has been taken till date
