[Resolved] Kenstar — Terrible service | |||
The tag line of "World's No 1" against the name Kenstar shows that they rightfully claim that tagline for the "worst products in the history of industrialisation". My company purchased an air-cooler in May 2009 (still within warranty period). The product broke down within a month. They never responded to the calls. Several months later, I got a person to come and check it and replace the blower and it broke down again in 2 weeks! The cycle repeated again and these guys (Mukesh Rathod, Irfan Golundas, Nilesh,Vyas etc). With great efforts I raised the complaint to a manager cadre guy named 'Nithesh' who promised me decent service promptly. I haven't heard from him in days and neither is he picking my calls. Even a manager does not keep his word in Kenstar. I agree that this company should be banned in India. Such irresponsible people should nt be taken into any private company. The government employees are more loyal to their organisation than these cheats. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear sir
i purchased one kenstar microwave oven from gwalior, Mp on the commitment of best sercice provide by the company, but within a week i transfered from gwalior to lucknow meanwhile my microwave unable to work within 10 days from the purchase . i requested so many times for the repair but till date it is still not working after paying a heavy amount on purchase . so i dont know how company is surviving without after sale service .it is very patthetik for consumers.

NO AFTER SALE SERVICE
I agree with above comment, company is not bothered about the service regarding under warranty period, so how cunsumer can purchse these products . so customer should not that products whitch service parts is poor .

Kenstar — Service complaint
Dear Team,I have a Kenstar Split AC. It's compressor has got spoilt.
My complaint number is DEL [protected]. It has been 14 days and it has not been repaired. Despite repeated calls and mails, my AC is not getting repaired.
I have decided never to buy the Kenstar again.

I had bought a Kenstar Microwave last year from Amravati, Maharashtra and brought it to Pune. After working fine for 1 week, the plate started giving problems. I raised a complaint for that with the Customer Care and someone came to verify it. After inspection, the engineer said that some lock is broken and he will replace it in 1 week.
No one came even after 3 weeks so we called the person again and then he came and replaced the lock. It worked fine for 2 days and again started giving same problem. We called again and this time the engineer said that the problem is with the motor. He replaced the motor after another 1 month. This worked fine for 1 day and then the timer started giving problems. We are not able to set the timer. It sets only at 95 minutes that too only on High Power PH1. We have called Customer Care several times and they assure always that the engineer will call back but no one has called for the last 3 months. We called the engineer directly and he says he will come to our place but no one comes.
This is disgusting. If the problem can’t be corrected then replace my microwave.

WE HAVE PURCHASED A SPLIT A.C FOR OFFICE PURPOSE IN 2006 FROM JAIN ELECTRONICS, (NOW ARIHANT) PURULIA.IN 2008 MARCH THE A.C AFTER RUNNING FOR SOMETIME BLOWS HOT AIR.WE HAVE ASKED M/S JAIN ELECTRONICS TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER.THEY GAVE QUOTATION FOR RS 2750 FOR REPAIRING.BUT EVEN AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND PERSONAL VISIT THEY CAME IN AND INFORMED US THAT SINCE WE DO NOT HAVE THE REMOTE THE PROBLEM LIES IN THERE AND THEY INFORMED US THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE A REMOTE SHORTLY AND THE PROBLEM WILL BE LOOKED INTO.ON 03.12.2008 THE A.C GOT FIRE IN OUR OFFICE SYTEM ROOM.EVEN TODAY THE AC HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED OR REPLACED EVEN THOUGH IN THE LAST MONTH TECHNICALS FROM KENSTAR VISITED THE BRANCH.
