Kenstar Water Purifier — No service provided in spite of calling the Call Center | |
Hi, I have been calling the Kenstar Call center for getting my Water filter serviced. I called up there toll free number [protected]. I registered for Service on 5th Mar (Complaint No - PUN[protected]) and thereafter when I called up again on 10th Mar they provided me another Complaint No (PUN[protected]). They said on 10th and 11 th their offices are closed and hence will come on the 12th. They have so far not even called. Please provide me with their Sr Managers number to register a complaint against this Service center Was this information helpful? | |

In fact they have closed the 05th Mar complaint by stating that the Service has been provided. This is ridiculous. Without providing any service, they are simply closing request, and issuing new ones. In case Kenstar is paying the Call center per service, then the service center is bloating up their number of calls by providing multiple service request for same complaint
