so, I withdraw my complaint because of your brand name (KID-ZEE)Zee net work.

Kidzee Nayabad in Kolkata South is where my son was enrolled for nursery. Initially thought that it was the better Kidzee in comparison to the other two nearby Kidzees. As days passed by son got adapted and learnt few things but carried on the later session without improving on the learnings he made in the initial 3 months.

Moreover, when the nursery session was about to finish on the 11th month the principal ma'am Mrs Ghosh informed us to get enrolled for Jr Kg and set a deadline date to deposit admission fees, which we found to be 25% higher than other Kidzees when we countered that she told it was due to high rating of Nayabad Kidzee. When we were reluctant to go for admission and surpassed the deadline date she everyday used to stop us for 15 mins or so and tried to persuade us by every possible means and later offered to cut down the admission fees to match that with other Kidzees. Finally we agreed and paid the first installment and when on last month we missed a day for deposition of monthly fees she slapped a fine of Rs 50 which we confronted by saying it is up to your discretion to take the fine or not as you cut down the admission fees the fine of Rs 50 is also not a big deal to waive but she refused and said I can return back your admission fees if you don't want to continue which we happy agreed and now waiting for the amount to be returned back for us to fetch another good school where the principal is not so mean minded. Taking variable admission fees is an offence and this malpractice should not continue.

Hi All:
I’m sharing my worst experience after putting my son for playgroup in Kidzee at electronic city phase 1.
This branch is run by a lady called Yamini and her husband Nataraj. If you step in to this school, Yamini will speak all great things about their school as usual like other schools and will talk with a pleasant smile for hours together. Don’t ever try believing that and fall into the pit like us.
Firstly I’ll explain the school environment before sharing my experience.
School Environment
1. 20+ kids with one teacher stuffed in 10*12 class room.
2. The play area has limited toys which you can count with your fingers. The class rooms are too small with no ventilation (no air and light).
3. There’s no place for the parents to wait for picking our kids from school to home. Parents need to wait by standing on the road.
4. Their day care sucks. The beds were bought in the local streets which are used for years together and not clean.
5. It’s a complete dark place and the school management is constructing one more floor in the upstairs for making better money.
6. Teachers and care takers physically hurt the play group kids
7. Nanny’s / care takers will consume the kids food
8. Unhygienic environment
9. Management will show their true color post admission and payment of school fee.
10. If a child hasn’t turned up to school for more than 2 weeks without prior notice, school management will never try reaching the parents over phone or email for tracking the child’s attendance.
11. Most of our flat parents have complained the same issue and they have changed the school immediately.
12. They are after Money, Money and Money with no courtesy or justice to their role.
Our Experience
Our son is 2.5 years and we have put him in the playgroup. This was his first school environment.
The school management would request the parents to send the finger foods only as other foods were tough for them to clean if it spills on the floor.
In the first day, we have sent our son with rotis in the snack box to the school. My son was crying so badly and parents are not allowed inside that school premises from the day one.
While returning back, the snack box was empty and the teacher said he had roti in the school. That was surprising. Till date my son doesn’t like roti. We convinced ourselves by thinking that he would had roti along with the other kids.
This went on like this for a week and my son didn’t stop crying for more than a week. Later, the shock of our life came from the second week onwards. They have sent some activity sheets done by my son to us. Those activity sheets had a puzzle maze which was about leading a puzzled route to find the way to home. It was a straight line clearly drawn by a pencil with no curves anywhere.
There were also few painting sheets with some crayons shaded inside those pictures without spreading it outside. At home we tried the same activity where my son was not even able to hold a pencil or a crayon stick.
When asked the school management, they said it was drawn by my son without any help from the teacher. We were suspicious in these activities and moreover, his snack box was always empty without any drop of food in it.
We asked Nataraj to update the kid’s school diary with their daily activities and rhymes taught so that we shall stimulate the child from home. He responded that we can’t do that for each of the kid and directed us to refer their monthly syllabus.
My son kept crying for 20 days in the whole day and in the middle of the night by waking from the bed. One fine day while we were getting dressed up to school, he told us that they have hurt him. We went to the school management on the same day asking the reason for his crying and if anybody in the classroom would have hurt him. Nataraj said in a firm tone with a stern look, that no one has hurt him.
As a parent, we were shocked with his response and took our son out of that school in spite of the entire annual fees been already paid there.

Mr mukherjee i wan an ex teacher of kidzee akra fatak and i tell u the coordinator there is really very rude and manerless.she misbehave with everyone and only showz interest in her business.i would suggest to other parents that there are many kidzee centre in kolkata please put your child there for his/her better future

This type of school should be closed.And center in-charge should be punished as per law.

NO I DONT THINK SO AS MY CHILD IS GOING OVER THERE AND THEY HAVENT PROVIDE ANY SHARING FOOD.
SO I THINK YOUR ETHICS ARE TO SPEAK LIE FOR THE ONE WHO IS PROVIDING BETTER SERVICE OR ELSE YOU MAY BE THE COMPETITOR OF KIDZEE AND YOUR BUSINESS MAY BE RUINED BECAUSE OF IT.

MATE I THINK YOU FIRST TAKE OUT THE LIST OF FOOD WHICH KIDZEE IS PROVIDING AND POST THIS IDIOTIC COMMENTS.

sorry for misunderstanding its not the case of food...

but this is democratic country and anybody can do anything if it is legal . And kidzee is totally a legal entity following all norms and conditions

Is Kidzee a legal entity? They are illegal money making rackets, come to Goa and see how they are mushrooming in small shanties choking the children for the sake of money. The centres are set illegally without obtaining any prior permissions violating all norms in the name of education. For them, they do not understand ethics. They set up their illegal centres anywhere, in an area where the so called school should not be there, they just put up as if the world or the place belongs to them by hiring it because it is cheap. They have no infrastructure, no trained personnel's to handle the young kids and no business ethics. They are surely not running a charity but the money they charge the people is as good as draining the pockets of the parents in the name of education. Kidzee centres, most are illegal and is a money minting racket by a few greedy individuals.

Who can expect the child as old as 1.5 years of age to be admitted to a school? And the parents who does that seems to have suddenly been blessed with an unwanted child so dump at Kidzee?

My complain is about Sonarpur Kidzee, Kolkata.
First of all, I (got Illumnaire training from 22-26th march'10 and also got appreciation from the visiting Kidzee team from Mumbai in the month Sep'11) would love to continue my teaching at Kidzee but with great pains and annoyance I wish to inform you that the attitude & treatment of the co-ordinator(Mrs. Ghosh)to all have compelled me to take the decision not to work as a teacher.
Here teachers do not receive minimum respect they are suppose to receive as a teacher from the co-ordinator.So what a student will learn from her.Teachers resign frequently here.During that time institute run mainly by the attenders.Children used to do their classes without fan during summer.They also stay here with dirty room, even toilet get cleaned only twice a month keeping it mostly unhygienic manner.They do their classes with biting mosquitoes, and sitting on floor during tummy time in this winter season also.Here no Kidzee pre- school rules and regulations are followed, only co- ordinator's rules are followed only when the visitors come.
This is simply unacceptable because the brand is Kidzee.
I came to know that so many parents wish to complain against the institute.
Requesting you to do take necessary actions at the earliest.

pl guide me on the issue as early as possible

sarvottam institute — regarding the fee

i have given rs 30000 as the part payment of the fees to the institute and the candidate got the admission in some other college. still the institute is not returning the fees paid to them . after 8 months and every time we talk to them they say it will take one week only.

I'm a teacher from Kidzee.
Location : Mahalunge, Pune, Maharashtra.
Principal Name : Manjusha Bhosale.
She's not paying my July month salary.
I request from Kidzee team please help me out.
