[Resolved] Koovs.com — Product not delivered by Koovs.com for an online shopping that has been done | |||
I had done an online shopping for a Pigeon 4 ltr pressure cooker worth Rs 744 with Koovs.com with order number 463195 on January 24th 2012 but still now after 7 days also I didn't receive the product. So I called up there customer care number +[protected]. Even i sent some mails to them at [protected]@koovs.com. They didnt reply properly. In there website the status of my product is shipping in progress. I want my money back with some additional compensationas they have caused lot of trouble for me. Was this information helpful? | |||

Koovs is really disappointing! I have ordered from Flipkart, Jabong, Snapdeal, Future Bazaar and never got the bad service I received from Koovs. It was my first time ordering with them, and after 7 days I didn't receive my product and I called them, they claimed they'd have my 3 items delivered, next thing I see on the website that my order is cancelled without any call from them to inform me of the matter. Luckily it was COD, I never received the product, it was my first time ordering and will definitely be my last!!!

I have not received the order till now. Whenever I call their customer care. They say that they are shipping it today itself. I feel cheated.
