[Resolved]  Kotak Credit Cards — SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNT

My name is Kapildev.k and I WAS USING KOTAK CREDIT CARDS, I lost my job in dec 2011 and am in deep financial crisis . In this regards i approached your settlement department and explained my situation and asked them to settle my account for 40000 but they refused and said to pay around 50,000 then i said i need some time and my due date approached . They asked me to pay 6500 which will be deducted from my settlement amount . On 26 november 2012 to settle my account i was carrying 45,000 with me but your manager refused to take the amount and asked me to pay 51,800 .I am unable to understand what's going on before paying 6500 they gave me commitment of 50,000 and after paying the amount is should be reduced but in my case it increasing .I am not asking to wave of from my principal amount only the interest and other charges from six month (approx 3300*6=19800 (PRESENT DUE[protected]=45200) ) not from the beginning so that i can make the payment.I said clearly i have arranged 45,000 to make the payment but there is no proper response from the team and they are threatening me that they are going to send the legal notice. I am unable to understand when i agreed for the payment why all the things are happening. I clearly said i am in full of debts putting all aside first i want to settle your account . PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL IN MY CASE AND CLOSE THE ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .

Dear Team,

I am sureshkumar, Since 2017 i am using the Kotak credit card, So for i have purchased by using the kotak card is 2 48000 and i have paid the amount so far is 196000.

Now your team is harshly speaking to me to pay the Minimum due of last month and i said i will ready to go for settlement process. But they refused and harshly told me to pay the total outstanding of 85632

Due to my financial crises, i can't able to pay the total outstanding, Kindly advice me to whom i have to speak for settlement process.
Now i am going to sold my jewel's and the amount will be ready on next week, Kindly waive off some amount from my total outstanding and i will pay the same with in 1 settlement ...

Kindly tell your team to speak smoothly...

Its very hurting and make bad opinion abut your bank...

My name is Nasima shekh and I WAS USING KOTAK CREDIT CARDS, I invest money on Heera gold of 5 lakhs but that come into a fake company and am in deep financial crisis . In this regards i approached your settlement department and explained my situation and asked them to settle my account for 70000 as per usage of credit card but they refused and said to pay around 91500 then i said i need some time and my due date approached . They asked me to pay 20500 which will be deducted from my settlement amount . On 15 march 2019 and 20 April 2019 to settle my account i was carrying 50000 with me but your team ask me to pay the total outstanding with more interest now the outstanding showing some 100000 .I am unable to understand what's going on before paying 20500 they gave me commitment of and after paying the amount is should be reduced but in my case it increasing .I am not asking to wave of from my principal amount only the interest and other charges not from the beginning so that i can make the payment.I said clearly i have arranged 50000 to make the payment but there is no proper response from the team and they are threatening me that they are going to send the legal notice. My name is Saod Qadri and i have KOTAK CREDIT CARD. I lost my job in May 2020 and am in deep financial crisis also mentaly stressed. You can also verify my previous record towards your bank i was your good customer but things have changed so while not paying your bill i got a call from recovery team and spoke with Abhishek he said he can make a settlement and suggest me to pay 1, 10, 000 only, I agreed and ask him to send me settlement letter but he said settlement is only possible when i pay minimum amt 16900 then only he will provide me letter i borrowed money from some one and paid online then i ask him to send letter he blocled my number i have chatting screenshots and his call recording that how he made me fool i am unable to understand what's going on before paying 16900 they gave me commitment of 110000 and after paying the minimum amount they blocked me and picking up my call its been 10 days there is no proper response but now another person hi Name is Gupta asking me my bill payment also abusing me in the name of mother and sister calling my relatives and abusing i will file an FIR with proper proof call recodings and thier chating stating they are threatening me that they are going to send the legal notice and abusing. I am unable to understand when i agreed to the payment why all the things are happening now. I clearly said i am in full of debts putting all aside first i want to settle your account but they are not human behaving badly, in this situtation where we have RBL guidlines no bank can force anybody to pay the bill however i am agree to settlemwnt but stll facing issues.! Please do needfull in my case and if possible please contact me through email [protected]@rocketmail.com because i am not responding calls i have heard enough abuses.

I lost my job in April 2020 and again I got job in Feb 2021 and I about to loss my job due to your recovery practice they call my corporate office and abuse in my name and said saale sab froud hay kya yaha pr bc .. I am in deep financial crisis also mentaly stressed. You can also verify my previous record towards your bank i was your good customer but things have changed so while not paying your bill i got a call from recovery team and spoke with forget the name he said he can make a settlement and suggest me to pay 6000 only, I agreed and ask him to send me settlement letter but he send me intrest waive off letter of 10000. After the amount will be 58000 but they asking about minimum amt 6000 I said hime I want settlement letter and you are sending wavier letter if i borrowed money from some one and paid you this month but not sure next month I can pay you so again intrest will count then what is use of this letter. But he saying that u don’t want to pay then a maam called and start abusing me in name of sister, sell her and pay the bill i have chatting screenshots and his call recording that how he made me fool i am unable to understand what's going on, another lady is calling asking me my bill payment also abusing me in the name of mother and sister calling my relatives and abusing i have mail a complaint letter to CP Faridabad mail id with proper proof call recoding’s and their chatting stating they are threatening me that they are going to send the legal notice and abusing. I am unable to understand when i agreed to the payment why all the things are happening now. and when i m responding them through whatapp and takking theri call after whatapp then why the are calling to my refrences and my company will they going to pay or you want me to harrash ...
