[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — pf not credited

i have submitted my pf documents on ist juily 2011. and i got acknowledge on 10/11/2011. already register a compliant and got a mail id from kotak support team stating that pl write to kotak support. i already done that but yet not iam received my pf amount in my account.

Dear sir,
i resigned kotak mqahindra bank from ist july 2011. and i got acknowledgement from kotak mahindra hr stwting that my application submitted to pf office on 7th-11-2011. and my claim number and status on epfo website is under.

Status : CLAIM FORM 19 FOR PF SETTLEMENT FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO MHBAN[protected] HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 10.11.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS

Status : CLAIM FORM 10C FOR WITHDRAWAL BENEFIT/SCHEME CERTIFICATE FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO MHBAN[protected] HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 10.11.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS.

now its more than 90 days for sumitting and got acknowledgement of my pf withdrawal

the amount is not credited to my savings account till now.please do the needful.

i am not receive any calls from the bank officals till now..pl do the needful.
i already send mail to the maild which offered by the kotak team, , but yet not received any feedback till now. prior to complain here i write lots of mail for the concerned departments regarding the same issue. pl do the needful.
