Sir, I was working in Kotak Mahindra Bank from 16 July 2007 till 15 June 2010 as Deputy Manager, and my employee code is 13579, before this I was working in HDFC Bank, I have submitted all form required for the Full and Final payment of my PPF but the same has not been credited to my Kotak Bank account no. [protected] till date. You are kindly requested to look into the matter and get the Full and Final payment of my PPF.
