[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Without disbursing loan amount deducted my EMI | |||
In my personal loan, it is a balance Transfer from Citi Bank to Kotak Bank with 2% lesser interest rate offer as committed by Kotak bank. Without disbursing loan amount deducted my EMI from the same Kotak bank saving's account. After given complaint they have not reacted and given mail after one month and saying that your address verification is negative and asking me for Loan Cancellation Letter duly signed by me and one cheque for Rs.2500/- favoring Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited for Loan cancellation charges. Without disbursing the amount, how you can debit EMI from my account? How they are expecting me to go for cancellation when I did not get any loan from Kotak bank (the loan was not confirmed, not sanctioned, not intimated, and not disbursed)? I gave the complaint[protected]on Dec 11th. Why is there a delay of so many days? I have already given a LEGAL NOTICE on 19th Dec 2012. Why have not responded till date (2nd Jan 2013)? My experience with them for Personal loan is ruthless. At every step I was cheated. Now even for closure they are having n number of problems.
