I have kotak mahindra bank credit card. I using promptly till date. But i am not receiving the statment for the past 2 months and not receiving the mobile alert.

KIndly arrange to send the statment via email / courier etc from next month onwards. and also send the current statment through email. [protected]@rediffmail.com
