Hi,
In March an executive of Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance met me regarding a policy, The Policy name was Kotak Capital Multiplier plan.
The policy presented to me is attached with this complaint. After receiving the policy paper, I found it totally different to the policy shown by the executive. I have complained many times in Kotak and also visited their branches, but every time I visited they told me that they have sent the cancellation request to the upper management and I am not getting any response. An executive name Mansi Batia was also looking into this issue, but after 1-2 normal mails, she also stopped replying.
Now from 1 months or so (after Mansi Batia is looking into issue) I have called 4-5 times, but the call attender never transfer my call to Mansi Batia and she never reply on request also.
Please help me out from this issue ASAP as the next premium date will be coming for the policy.
