[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance Ltd — Premium deposit receipt not received

I had deposited the premium of this year on[protected] with following details

Premium: Rs. 10650/-
Cheque number : 706794
Bank Name: ICICI Bank limited
Cheque clearing date: 26/06/2009
[protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]
It is surprising that so far I have not received the premium deposit receipt for the above amount from Kotak, though the cheque had been cleared on[protected].

I have written to Kotak on[protected] and subsequently on 24 & 25th Novemebr, but to my surprise I am still waiting for the paper copy of the premium depost receipt on the Kotak letter head.

R/Sir,



I Manoj kumar sharma under take kotak life insurance on 15.12.2009 & the policy no. 01808583. with annul prem. 24000/- .The gents cheat me as per the terms stated in policy. They offer me for 3 year prem. Paid but in papers they wrote for 20 year. My wife receive the policy after complete read the instruction I am not satisfied & I tried on phone for consult the concerned person i.e (Ashish Sharma,Vishab & kapil ).But they not pick my phone. Then on 25.02.10. I reached at panchkula branch & submit the written complaint to Mr. Jai pal. After that I complaint on 31.08.2010 I receive response from company side but the reply was not as per my satisfaction. i am private organization employee. I am unable to pay 24000/- 20 year.

Please help for withdraw the policy & remit the submitted amount. Hope you must help me to resolve the issue.

I have e-mailed at [protected]@kotak.com twice for updation of contact address of my policy No.01478531 alongwith all (scanned documents i.e Form of change of contact address and address proof certificate) necessary documents on 14 and 26 Mar 2011.But no action has taken yet. Requested to initiate necessary action to do the neeedful.
