[Resolved]  KPN Parcel Service — KPN - Parcel service

KPN, Parcel service, Its one of the worst parcel service in this world, I have sent a CPU from chennai to dindigul at 24/04/2009, but they have taken 5 days to deliver tat CPU. Also there is no valid response from customer care at Anna nagar branch.

Hereafter i wont consider this KPN services..

Its worst, worst, worst service.

No word to express the humiliation suffered
Bicycle booked at Connur Ooty on on 11 th June tobe delivered at Komarapalayam about 135 km from place of booking I am yet receive the cycle The worst part is the response they are giving I don't know when I will receive. It

I booked my parcel from vaniyambadi to dindigul on[protected] with LR #: VNB[protected]..that person told me that it will be dispatched by next day..but till now not received my parcell..i need to give the parcel to my customer on[protected]..but til now not received the parcel..really i got disappointed..Pls take action immediately get soon to receive my parcel..

We bring to your attention we have despatched one consignment through KPN PARCEL SERVICE THIRUVANMIYUR, Chennai - 600 041 to SIRKAZHI on 11th July, 2014, under the assurance that the parcel will be delivered at sirkazhi the next day i.e 12th July, 2014. But, we are surpraised that the parcel as not been delivered at sirkazhi till date.

In-sptie of our repeated follow ups over the phone to your booking office at thiruvanmiyur, chennai and your head office contact no [protected], there is no responsible reply regarding the status of our parcel. As a result of such irresponsible attitude, we have incurred unneccessary additional labour expenditure. We are still able to trace the parcel, and we would appreciate if any of your senior personnal to intervin and arrange for return of parcel to thiruvanmiyur chennai and also reimburse the freight charges incurred in is regard.

We await your immediate reply.

We appreciate your services which is the great experiance for us and we request you to keep it up at all time.
Lots of damages
I have parceled my Pulsor150 from Trichy TillaiNagar office to Guindy KPN office. when receiving my bike it got lots of damages.
1. left side mirror completely broken
2. Right side mirror partially brokent
3. Indicator switch broken (we can't able to replace simply the switch, want to replace entire part. it takes around 1000 rupees)
4. Lots of scratches.

Very Worst service. Very Worst response from employees. Pls no one choose KPN Parcel service.

It's really worst Parcel service... in the world..

i have booked one parcel from Tenkasi to Cuddalore on 4th June'15 ( LR No.TNK[protected] they accepted to delivery by 7th june'15( maximum)... but still not yet delivery.when we call to tenkasi, trichy(thillainagar) and cuddalroe branch office they are not responding properly... and they just cut the line .
and finaly i got the Mr.Anotony -Manager no . he also not responded properly...

what they thinking ... customers are fool... or mad...

if, they are not responding pls. don't accept the parcel service...

Worst and irresponsible staff at Chennai - ashok nagar branch...One lady from ashok nagar branch, she don treat her customers in a good manner...very rude and irresponsible...Don keep these kind of a staff in kpn ...u may even lose customers jus becoz of the stupid staff's attitudes ...try to teach her abt the manners before u appoint thm...
There are two parcel have couriered from Tenkasi To Chennai on last tuesday evening 3pm. Still I did not receive the parcel. I got a message from KPN for booking confirmation with a phone number. I called to that number on Thurday. The number([protected]) was in not reachable and again called to the same number on Friday morning. It was continuously ringing and one of the KPNist picked the call and said we didnt receive the parcel from Tenkasi and he asked me to call tomorrow(saturday) to another number(That is not in use [protected] [protected]) and I scolded him then he asked me to use the same words to our head office salem. I googled to KPN customer care but all the numbers are not in use or switched off. Finally called to KPN salem office and call was attended by a person and I asked him to connect to complain section. I was waiting to answer for 7 mins to customer care complaint section(GREAT CUSTOMER CARE). He(Antony) couldnt answer properly so I asked his manager(Raman) number([protected]). He answered me like this is not our KPN issue its due to vehicle issue something and cut the call without answering me properly. Dont know when will receive my parcel in Chennai. Really bad experience. KPN... please stop your nonsense service and please dont use the word BEST PARCEL SERVICE IN INDIA in your website.
One of the worst parcel service. I have sent by Bike Honda Activa from Avinashi to Chennai. At the time of In transit they have entirely spoiled the bike, there are many scratches. When I asked for claim they said that we are not responsible for that. What the hell they are doing service for customers by getting more money. Some of the agents are using Filthy words as well.

Never ever go for KPN again. They are the worst, no guarantee for the goods. Never trust them.

I have sent 19 house hold things from Chennai to nagapattinam through KPN speed parcel service, thiruvanmiur, but i had received only 18 items, which one bean bag have been missing, i asked in nagapattinam office, they are not responding, again i called to thiruvamiur office, they told that the parcel will be sending again. till now i didnot get this, since it have been taken 5 days... kindly get back and send my parcel again.
Very poor Service and Damaged delivery
I have booked my parcel from chennai To karaikudii on May 11, 2016 in adayar office. My order id is LR#CHE[protected]. I got a message from KPN for booking confirmation with a phone number after that no response so far. I called the karaikudi office no one piked. couple of days later i had a call from kpn karaikudi office they ask me get the parcel asap. when i received the parcel it was like it came from garbage all my things are broken when i asked about that, the manager said its your mistake we cannot do anything if you want go and ask where you booked the parceled (a arrogant answer) moreover he said if you dint want to take it then through it to somewhere else its not our problem. I dint know where should i register a complaint. All the customer complaint numbers are out of order. Its my kind request to all my friends dint use KPN parcel service not even a travel service very very poor service
