[Resolved] Kristal Group — Cheating customer with False commitments | |
Hi All, Am one of the unlucky person who happen to buy an appartment from Kristal Group, who claims to be one of the reputed Builder in Bangalore. Project name is Kristal Citrine in Hoodi, Near ITPL 1. At time of selling Kristal group had commited to have the road infront of the appartment to be Tarred. After one year of occupation also the condition of the road remains same -- When we contacted later; Kristal management is saying the road is not belonging to Kristal. We beleive, earlier the road was belonging to kristal, that y they commited it be tarred earlier and now they realised it is belonging to Kristal 2. Kristal commited to provide EPABX/Intercom, but finally they asked the residents to go for BSNL Centrex facility which is not at all stable and reliable. -- When contacted on this issue; they say we hve to go to BSNL not to kristal bcoz it belongs to BSNL and kristal is no way responsible and it is a FAVour that they have helped us in getting connection !!! 3. LIFTS in the Appartment were not working for more than 6 months after the pocession and after lot fight with the Builder is getting rectified. REason for this is Kristal is not manufacturing Lifts !!! We fear tomorrow if some thing happnes to building, kristal will say Cement & Steel are bot manufactured by Kristal ... 4. Kristal group had commited lot Amenities like PARK/Swiming pool /Club house / Shuttle & Tennis court etc. Even after one year of possession, they have not even started construction of the Amenities. When enquired they always given 1-2 weeks time for the start . Every time they give different different dates. 5. Basic funciton of STP is not function. When some of the residents spoke to the external workers who come to work on this; they had commented it is that STP is such an design that it is placed much above the septic tanks and such a way this is not going to function properly 6. Kristal group has not yet provided KHATA for the residents 7. Even though huge amount is connected for Electricity connection, Still the Electricity connection is in teh name of Kristal 8. Even though govt direction is there not to collect Service Tax, Kristal grooup had collected that amount from the residents. 9. All the Flats in the frontside are having issue like water is flooding to the appartments in case of a rain. we are not talking about heavy rains; the design is so poor that water floods to corner appartments. Kristal management had told us that Aluminium Frames/Windows are not manufactured by Kristal. We had to go and fight with those Manufactures !!! 10. There is legal issue with the site wherethe amenities are promised and hence kristal is shying away from the same 11. The ramp leading to car park is not yet tarred 12. NO COMPOUND WALL!!! 13. Rain water leakage in many flats In addition to the common problems mentioned above, there are a lot problems faced by individuals which is totally neglected by the builder. ***** REQUEST TO VISIT KRISTAL CITRINE @ HOODY ( near ITPL ) or KRISTAL QUARTZ ( Sarjapur Road) before you decide to buy any appartment from KRISTAL ************ Regards, One of the Kristal Citrine resident Was this information helpful? | |

I am planning to buy a flat from Kristal Group. Please provide Kristal Group Feedback. Krystal Group Feedback. Are they good?. How is the customer relationship?
Please befware of this bul sit builder. Also beware the marketing executive Leelavathi, she offers what not while fixing the deal. She first she offers herself then namburi latha, then shiva dasan's wife. she promises that if the project is not completed on time, she will take all these females and run business and get your money back. So please have a complete thought process and commit.I will post more as I am the victim of this bleady bulsit bugger builder Kristal group.

The Gentle man who has commented with this filthy words should be an uneducated and slum born guy, this guy doesnt have respect to the women, so sad. well MR.X, am also a Kristalite i know there are some problems which we faced, the commitments were not on time still they didnt cheat. To all the readers Buy any flat or villas every where u would have similar problems.

After many phone calls and legal notices, they give me some post dated cheques.All of them got bounced recently.In this bargain I already lost close to 2.5 lakhs of my hard earned money.Now I am moving to court.
So please do not get cheated by these frauds.Now a days they are again luring prospective buyers through advertisements.Please keep away!

Most of these postings are doing by a single competative builder who is diverted from kristal and now cheating all with majics and having ZERO Ethics
I totally disagree with these above said complaint, i have been a customer to kristal since 2006 and till date i have not faced any major problem nor any service issues from this company, i also have other flats with some other builders inwhich i have problems, same like i dont find any difference nor difficulties.
Kristal Dolomite, Kanakapura Road was supposed to be completed by Sep 2008. Now it has been two years and the flats are not ready for possession.
The current status is that most of the work is completed, but we don't know when we would get the completed flat for possession.
Any time you ask them the completion date and it is "within next 3-4 months we will finish the project"...

Kristal group, they started projects near Technopark, Trivandrum.Initially they told that work will complete on or before 2008 March.Kristal group-A BIG FRAUD GROUP.

Striving for ultimate customer satisfaction ......I need all bad words in dictionary to scold these . Irresponsible gooses. No one knows and is least bothered about customer satisfaction. They just know the words "by the middle of next month or by the end" to satisfy the customers...they will say they will give a call k and will never. Where as i[censored] say u want to buy they will call again n again till ur in their trap. Im a victim who has booked a flat in dolomite and dont know what to do now with all my savings gone. Do not buy flats, villa from Kristal Group...They are the biggest cheater in this real estate world. Please spread this message to your near and dear one. If you want to see the example then visit the Kristal campus-10 on sarjapur road. They calim this is the finest project once you see the Campus you will understand what is level of finest project from Kristal group. Kristal Managment is hopeless they will promise you for everything but will never fulfill your promise...
Advice to Kristal Managment : If you want to have a good brand image then pay attention to your project and your customers who have already bought the apt or villas so that your good image will get spread out .

Kristal Group is cheating People. My family booked 2 apartment at their kochi project and it was scheduled to handover by March 2010. It is not yet handed over yet. They give 100 excuses. Recently I came to know the the Promoter is not hiding in Bahrain, to stay away from his clients.

I have been to Kristal office TVM to book an apt after the Tech park view was launched. Though I was very much impressed with their office atmosphere at that time I didn't book. Thank God. Do not buy flats from them. They give false promises and take the customer for a ride.
Mr and Mrs Namboodiri, both tell lot of lies. Many know that none did engineering as he claims nor seen the gate of an Eng college.His wife who does not know anything about running the business. Both fall for who are frauds and who does flattery.
Thanks to a bunch non qualified people ( came to know many have been recruited by Ms Namboodiri herself) Kristal is loosing its credibility.
Few months back also I have been to their office .. a bunch of non proffessionals are managing the show now. Contacted a reliable person to find out the situation ( as some people from abroad shown interest to buy some apt near techno park) I came to know - the supposed to be site Engr Sajeesh's qualification is (10 + draftsmanship), the deputy marketing manager - Zijoy, whose name was different at time, ie in my first visit (10 passedfailed no one knows the truth), The supposed to be head, Ajitha Kailas (12th pass (?) -her only qualification is she is younger sis of Ms Namboodiri ) .. ..similarly electrical dept's key position is given to a person who was running an electrical shop long time back..etc .
Who had proper engineering degree and PG left Kristal Tvm office.
Marketing people give false commitments and customers believes in it.
Even after my cautioning my friend had an overall look at their project at Techno park and decided not to book.
Mr KK Namboodiri be careful. don't let Kristal go off your hands by believing all frauds (including your own sis in law).

Completely agree with above complaints...Kristal is the biggest cheater in this real estate world.
I agree, I am an unlucky customer of Kristal Trivandrum. My flat scheduled to handover by Dec. 2010. Now they says June 2012. I paid 80% amount. They are asking for another 10% now. I dont know what to do now. My hard earned money is now floating with them. Please send email to me any flat owners in Kristal Onyx D in TVM. Let us join together to fight against them. How is Kristal Jasper and how much time are they taking to complete the villas there?
Starting from the management down to their managers and workers Kristal Group is full of cheats and liars. They don't live up to the commitments made.They are extremely rude especially their MD Ms. Latha Namboodri and don't give a damn about the customer. I am one of the unfortunate customers who bought a villa in Kristal Aquamarine and it has not been completed for the past 5+ years. When we demanded completion and compensation for the delay they rudely told me to give them the villa for the original price.
