n 5th february i tried to book a bus ticket date of journey dt.06/02.2011 with redbus.in
but amount 1400/- deducted from my account, ticket is nor generated, SBI ref id no:CCA11BAGP496IG40358031 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE, and i had account with SBI, MAIN BRANCH, AMALAPURAM, E.G.DT and my account number no.[protected], so please refund my amount immediately

This is Karthik. I have booked ticket through online through KSRTC website. Money deducted from my account but I didnt receive confirmation ticket. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

Its been more than 15 days I am waiting for my money refund.Yet I didnt receive money which was debited from my Axis bank Account while booking a bus ticket.

I was told that the money will be credited in my account within 7 working days as I didn't get ticket confirmation, but that was not happened till date. The below mail chain is for your reference where I even got confirmation from your end that I will be getting refund.

Kinkdy do the needful for the same and please refund the amount as soon as possible

ticket fare

Bus from hanagal to bangalore has 550 rs fare & from ranebennur 500 rs fare, But from the harihar only 310 rs. nd from davanagere only 300 rs. I didnt understand why so much costly for only 30 km distance.
