[Resolved]  Ksrtc (Kerala State Road Transport Corporation) — Complaint against BUS Conductor

Sir,

I had travelled Trivandrum to Venjaramood by KSRTC Trivandrum-Idukki-Kattappana Super Fast bus on 15/07/2012 at 23:48 Hrs.
The Conductor in this bus was behaving very brutally to all passengers at mid night. I am also a victim for this. I gave Rs. 101 for Rs. 21 ticket fare. I physically saw change in his bag, but he refused to give me the balance amount.
He dropped me at Vembayam Junction at mid night and purposefully asked me to collect the change from shops.
There was no shops opened at midnight their. For my goodness I saw one of my friend their and I collect changes from him and refunded the 100 Rs given to the conductor.
I hear by request you to take necessary action against him for this kind of behavior with passengers.

BSNL — REFUSING TO CARRY PASSENGERS

I, MRS. UDAYALAXMI JAYAVANT NAIK, EMPLOYEE OF BSNL SANTACRUZ(W) OFFICE, ALONG WITH TWO OTHER COLLEGUES WERE TRYING TO TAKE AN AUTO FROM SCRUZ(W) (NEAR BUS STAND FOR 321). WHEN ASKED HE AGREED TO GO PLACE MENTIONED (BSNL OFFICE, SCRUZ(W) ), BUT WHEN HE SAW THAT THERE WERE 2 OTHER PERSONS ALONG WITH ME, HE REFUSED TO GO AND SAID HE HAD SAID TO ME ALONE . HE SAID, HE WANTED THAT WE PAY INDIVUDUAL MIMIMUM FARE FROM ALL THREE O[censored]S. THE VEHICLE NO IS MH-03V-7663. HE ALSO REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS BADGE NO. THS INCIDENT TOOK PLACE 11.00 HRS ON 21/11/09.
ALSO IT IS SEEN THAT THERE NO TRAFFIC POLICE AVAILABLE THERE THOUGH IT IS VERY BUSY STREET AND NO ONE TO MONITOR.
None of the KSRTC buses going to Mukkam is stopping in YMCA-cross road bus stop. It was heavily raining and even the seats in busses are not fully occupied but drivers are not willing to stop there. Due to this reason, pasengers from this stop are depending upon city busses to reach Nadakkavu or Eranhipalam and they must wait for a KSRTC bus there. I kindly request KSRTC to advice drivers about this problem.
I am travelling regularly by KSRTC fast passenger buses or superfast buses from Chinnakkada to Karunagappally at normal fare (RUPEES EIGHTEEN FOR FAST PASSENGER /RUPEES NINETEEN FOR SUPERFAST).
Today I boarded Ksrtc superfast bus bound for Trichur (RSE192-KL159700) at 0830 in the morning form chinnakkadaKollam) and the conductor issued a ticket worth Rupees thirty from chinnakkada to karunagappally which is not justified .Further this conductor is lacking in public relation.

I was travelling in a private bus named 'AKHIL'on 22/11/2012.Its registration number is KL-2/Q-7277.The bus is from Asramam to chavara. when I entered the bus the driver was talking to someone.I first thought that he was talking to the conductor of the bus, but when I watched for sometime I understood that he was talking to someone through his mobile phone using headphones.he was carelessly driving the vehicle.about more than 35 people were travelling in that bus at that time.kindly take necessary steps.

I had travelled from Muvattupuzha to Koothattukulam on 04/01/2013 at 9:30 a.m in a KSRTC super fast bus ( TICKET NO. 00133214 TRISSUR DEPO.).Ticket fare was Rs.17 i gave the conductor Rs 20 but he did't give me the balance even though he had the coins, instead he asked me to give him Rs 7.when i reached my stop he pretended of sleeping.I faced this kind of incidents in many KSRTC buses and i feel this is why most of the people prefer private buses to KSRTC.In all private buses we get the balance coins but not in KSRTC.No wonder KSRTC is running on huge losses

ticket rate anenkil Rs. 16 . but innu pipeline il ninnu busil keri ticket eduthapol conductor thottu munpu ulla sthalam mudal ulla ticket eduthu. ( chakkaraparampu- kariyad) ticket rate= Rs 18. conductor od chodichappol pulli parayunath 18roopa anu ennanu.
aluva to kariyad ethra anennu chodichapol pulli paranju ath pala rate anu chila busil 9roopa, ee busil 10roopa anu ennum . kooduthal chodichapol pulli yude marupadi ingane aayirunnu " i dont like to talk with you " ennu.
pulli palarodum pala fare aanu vangunath.
ingane ulla conductors anu Ksrtc de shaapam.
sir can you take any action against him.

Today 25- Apr-2013 I got on bus KL15 8175 from Aarakkunnam Church Stop. I said to Conductor Elamkulam Stop. Then he said to me 18 Rs. I paid him bus charge. When the Elamkulam bus stop reached I tried to get down bus. Then only he said to me this bus will stop only on Kadavanthra. I asked him why didn't you say it early? If he had said it early I can get the ticket to Vytila. Then I can go another bus. But when I asked about that he became rude. He was really rude. He mocked at me as I had done something wrong. He acted as rude because he feel, he will not get any issue because he give the ticket Aarakkunnam to Ernakulam. He challenged me to give any complaint about that. I am very unhappy about his attitude about his duty. He is not sincere about his role. I want to know. I wanted to know Why didn't he say to me that bus will not stop in Elamkulam Stop. I get on bus from Aarakkunnam Church stop. It is not main stop. But this bus stopped there. So I get on that bus.
If it has no stop in Elamkulam. He must say it when I start the journey. I said to him Clearly Elamkulam Stop. He gave me ticket, I didn't check the place in Ticket. I was also a victim of another passenger got the same problem in Kandanadu Junction. when a passenger asked him Kandanadu Stop he gave her Puthiyakaavu Stop ticket. I heard it early. Then I didn't mind it. But this same problem I got from his side. Then only I am aware his attitude about passengers. This conductor is really making unhappy some passengers. When I asked him about that He challenged me to give any petition about that. That's why I inform this complaint.

I would really appreciate KSRTC if take any action about this KSRTC Bus Conductor's role.

Sir,
My car was hit by a KSRTC bus going from ernakulam to muvattupuza with number KL15/7912. The bus driver was totally ignoring that he had dashed into my car. He was telling that all the vehicles in front was moving so he too started moving without even looking at the vehicle directly in front of him was moving or not. I had to stop my car as there was people crossing the road. The driver never even came down of his seat to see the damage that he had done to my car. I understand that there is no use of filing a complaint against KSRTC as I will not get any justice as it is run by government and we civilians are not given any value.

I'm writing in this cause I had to share my bitter experiance with someone and hope this will be taken into consideration.

I went to Thiruvalla KSRTC Bus station to take ticket, upto Bangaluru, the station master refused to give ticket and he abused me and my sister, and he asked to do what I can do against him at its maximum, I never ever expected such words from a man who is in such a position, how cheap he is? If a Station Master/Manager is behaving like this, then how will be a KSRTC driver/conductor will.
And I think this may be because of the influence from big giants, I mean the Volvo bus owners and other private buses going towards Bangaluru daily basis,

I am Dr.Ramya prabha who commute From Palakkad to Nagoor pirivu (5 km from Meenakshipuram towards Pollachi direction) every day.There is a KSRTC bus which runs in this route on my time. My request is to provide a stop at Nagoor pirivu which would be highly beneficial for a Lady doctor like me. There is no much bus facility all the time in this direction so I have to depend up on this KSRTC bus. If I couldn't get this bus, I will be reaching home only by 8:00 PM instead of 6:00 pm. Please consider my request and provide a stop and help me to travel in KSRTC and reach on time to my duty and back to home.

Sir,
This is Prashob and I have booked 2 ticket at 5pm for Kannur to Bangalore(22, 24) 7PM buss.through online and got email confirmation. I had the copy of my online ticket and i board the bus from Iritty. Later the conductor came ask for the ticket and we shown the ticket he said our name is not their in his chart and he has got the chart at 5 pm it seems. He asked us to take the ticket once again else get down from the buss. He does not know about online ticket processing first off all. his behavior was very rude and he insulted us in frond of the public. At last we have taken ticket again. I don't understand why is he getting the chart at 5 o'clock even if the bus is started at 7pm. he saying that Kannur KSRTC dippo will close at 5 pm so he will get the chart at that time.

What if the person books ticket after 5PM? if the dippo closes at 5pm.

What s the exact time for preparing the chart. For example 7 O'clock buss, what will be the chart preparing time?

I'm Gopika Radhakrishnan travelling from vaikom to tripunithura and iam a private collage student(NSS College tripunithura)affiliated by MG University and the vaikom dippo provided the concession for the past 1 year.Now am in 2nd year and now they are not providing the concession and his behavior was very rude, he shouted us like anything and they asked us to submit the hall ticket but our exam counducting in year wise and it is not declared till now. Sir more than 2000 students are studying in our college and most of them are from vaikom.we are not in a situation to travel with the full bus fare.They are provided the same thing for the past one year then why can`t they now??we contacted many persons who are the responsibile and persons who are in Head but they respond us like an irresponsible fellow.Sir please consider my request and provide concession.

I am a regular traveler from aluva in the paravoor - erumely bus from thodupuzha depot. This service is really a boon for many of the passengers. But this service was suddenly stopped a few weeks back. After giving many complaints the depot authority members at last decided to send the bus. Also recently there was a news that the private bus owners are shaking hands with the depot members in an illegal way to stop the current trips so that they get benefits on this basis. When we contacted the depot the authorised persons are skipping about this topic by giving lame excuse that conductors are not available. W passengers are really in trouble in the absence of this bus. We are sure that there is some fraud play is going between the ksrtc employs at the thodupuzha depot and the private bus owners. Sir please take relevant action against this and please make this bus regular.

I was travelling from Manjeri to kochi with my family which consists of 10 month old kid as well. This incident happened to me when i was about to reach Valanchery. A KSRTC bus to Kottayam, KL15 9498, RSC 59 dashed onto my car and broke my right side rear view mirror and dented the side part as well and to my surprise it passed away as if nothing happened. By mere luck we escaped from something, which could have been a serious accident if i would not have suddenly diverted. I chased the bus and stopped it at Valanchery. The driver named K N Rameshan acted as if nothing happened. He was really rude and he said that he was least bothered about what happened to our car and what could have happened to us. He asked us to go for a case if we need compensation. A typical government employee behaviour.

Seriously are these govt. organisations (most of them) made to serve us or make hell of our lives. Already they are too too non-performing and good for nothing and on top of it they give us all sort of trouble that they could give. Is there any way to react to this and show our concerns.

I am a regular traveller of KSRTC from Kumarakam to Kottayam railway station. The morning bus service from Kumarakam to Kottayam is very helpful to all travellers but sometimes the morning trip till 08.00am is changing the route from baker junction to Kottayam bus stand without touching the kottayam railway station.They are using shortcuts. It is very difficult for the passengers to travel from Kumarakam to railway station.So, I request you to take necessary action.

I am a woman working at Infopark. Today, on 19-05-15 between 9.30-9.45 I got a bus to infopark. The bus registration number is KL 15/8444. I gave him 10rs for the 7 rs ticket. He won't give me balance. I told him once. But he won't give me. Just went to back side and sat on his chair. Once I reached at infopark. I asked again for the balance. But he ask for 7 rs. But I don't have. He gave only 2 rs after scolding me. On the same day at evening I got the same bus. He asked for 7 rs. But I don't have.. The conductor misbehaves and won't give me balance again. I asked him and he gives only one rupee. One rupee two rupees doesn't matter. But a public servant should not behave like this. This is the very bad experience in my life I ever get. Ashamed of the conductor. Please take any action against this woman harassing.

I had travelled Nagerkovil to trivandrum by KSRTC Trivandrum-nagerkovil Super Fast bus on 14th March 2016 at 23:45 Hrs.
I have given him Rs 105/- for Rs 55/- ticket. He said he don't have change and said give later. After an hour when I asked him change he said he is already given the change. I tried to convince him but he was refused to give the change.

Bus number is KL15 9902.

I hear by request you to take necessary action against him for this kind of behavior with passengers.
