നിർത്തിയിട്ട എന്റെ കാറിൽ 17/02/2017 നു കോഴിക്കോട് കൊടുവള്ളി വച്ചു KL 15 A 483 ( RSC – 939 ) KSRTC വന്നു തട്ടുകയും നിർത്താതെ പോകുകയും ചയ്തു .ആയതിനാൽ എന്റെ കാറിന്റെ വലത് വശത്തുള്ള കണ്ണാടി പൊട്ടുകയും ചയ്തു . കമ്പനിയിൽ അന്വേഷിച്ചപ്പോൾ കണ്ണാടിക്കു 1500 രൂപ വരുമെന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത് .എന്റെ കാറിനെ ഇടിച്ച ഡ്രൈവർ കു എതിരെ നടപടി വേണമെന്നും .
എനിക്ക് വന്നിട്ടുള്ള ഈ നഷ്ടം തിരിച്ചു തരുവാനും വിനീതമായി അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു .

On 12.10.2018, I took a ticket for Cherthala from Vyttila hub at 10.20 Pm. When I took the ticket, I told the conductor that my STOP is at THANKEY JN. The bus was running towards PATHANAMTHITTA and started its trip from KOZHIKKODE. When the bus was about to reach my stop I asked the conductor to stop at my point. At that time I was standing near the back door and the conductor was sitting in the front seat near to the driver. The conductor looked back at me and stayed cool at there. When I shouted, he again looked back and asked me to come front and ask myself to the driver to stop the bus. The bus was almost rushed with passengers and I went through them with all my luggage and asked the driver to stop the bus. His first reply was there is no stop at THANKEY JN. Then I reminded him that there is a direction by KSRTC to stop the bus at any place, when a passenger requested to do so during night time. And the reply given by the conductor is so surprising. The driver will not stop the bus even though he rang the bell. Instead the passenger himself has to request the driver to stop the bus. By this time the bus almost covered one kilometer and the time was about to 11.15 PM. I and my two friends had to walk all these distance to reach the said stop. One of my friends was also suffering from back pain. I fear, if this was faced by a woman traveler, how terrific it was.
I attached a photo copy of the ticket. I humbly request that strong actions may be taken against the alleged persons involved in such cases especially of rude behaviour to passengers and directions in this regard may be displayed in the long service buses for the information of public.

I'm from Punalur.I am studying in Trivandrum. I am staying in Trivandrum. I used to go home every weekend. Punalur - Trivandrum ticket charge is 67 for fast passenger and 69 for Super fast. Usually I travel to Trivandrum in Fast passenger. Usually I give Rs. 100 for ticket, but conducter will only give Rs. 32 in return. He will take remaining one rupee. Most of the conducters do the same thing. It is not a small problem. If we ask for that one ruppee coin they'll give that but if we keep silent they'll go. And I noticed that they are doing the same thing to all passengers. Most of the passengers don't bother about that one ruppee. So that the conducters are repeating this. I had a question in my mind that how much money they will get by collecting one ruppee coin from each of the passengers and who is making benefit out of this money. I hear by request you to take necessary action against this.

My name is Anju Kosh .Today (22.09.2020)Morning I was about to take a bus from Chathanoor bus stand ( Kollam district) to Trivandrum .. I had got one bus and one seat which was reserved for womens ( from the front side 3rd or 4th row ) in which the reserved seat for womens were taken 2 other ladies suddenly one man had taken the seat when i was about to sit and the ladies were asking him to sit somewhere as its for ladies and i too asked him to shift but the person had refused and when i informed this situation to the conductor he too supported the man and the conductor was saying there is no reservation of seat for ladies if you find any seat go and sit somewhere ..the other ladies were also not comfortable to sit with the man then only i also asked him to shift but the conductor too reacted without any respect ..KL 15 A1167 was the number of the bus..see my concern is if there is no value and reservation for ladies in the bus and no one for help if anything happens also then what kind of safety are you people giving to the womens..its not a matter of seat i had seen the the disrespect for ladies over there from the conductor ..we need equal respect i was not asking for any general seat was asking for the reserved seat and it was clearly mentioned above the seat right if the system had changed atleast infrom us "now the seat is common for everyone" it was really a bad experience for me ..below im adding the image of the bus from which i had got a bad experience
