Dear sir/ madam,

I've tried booking a ticket from Kannur to Trivandrum Central on 25.08.12 for a journey on the same day at 17.30. Name of traveller was Mr. Ratheesh. Payment was debited from my axis bank account (branch: Marthahalli) 2 times (Rs.431/- each) and ticket booking was failed each time. I've mailed this matter to mdksrtc.[protected]@gmail.com (id shown in website of KSRTC for refund problems) and no reply. Kindly do the needful for the refund of payment.

I've tried tckt booking on 6.9.13from guruvaor to banglr (super delux air bus)fo. r the journey on 16.9.13 at7pm from guruvayor name of travaller dhanya vm paymet ofRS.525/- was debited from my SBT account(branch :karimpuzha)not yet refunded.txn# 557242.kindly do the need ful.

    I for one rated KSRTC Bus service as the best till today morning when i was literally pushed out of the bus and insulted(being called upon bad word in hindi) by the bus driver for simply asking whether he could drop me at the Quilon Railway station which comes in the way to Trivandrum rather than at Quilon bus stand. I have travelled in the same bus many times before before and whoever was the driver then have done the same for me. This is the first time such an incident has happened. The driver could have atleast told properly that it is not possible rather than shouting at me and pushing me out and to round it off swearing at me in front of everyone in that bus and bus stand. I am a regular traveller through KSRTC buses as you can very well check from my transactions through my ID and nothing of this sort i have ever encountered nor ever expected. This kind of behaviour towards a customer is unacceptable and i request you that the least KSRTC could do is employ people without atleast minimum level of culture.     ksrtc volvo bus — misbehaviour of bus conductor

    on 5th february 2009 evening i was travelling to marat-halli from majestic bus stand in ksrtc volvo bus no. KA01FA1541. it costs 35 rs to marat-halli. I gave the cunductor 100 rs. he told that he was not having change at that very moment. hence I wait for 1 hr. after that near by marat-halli when I was about to get down I asked him for the remaining change money. Then he returned me only 60 rs and told that he is not having 5 rs to return. when I asked for the remaining 5 rs he behaved with me like as if I am a beggar and begging money from him.
    In comparison to other KSRTC buses volvos are taking 3times money for comfortable journey. then also if such kind of conductor will harass people like this then to whom all the passenger will complain.
    It is the duty of all conductors to return the change money of each and every passenger. If they will not return then is it not one kind of robbery?
    u call ksrtc cell and give a written complaint, i have very good experience with ksrtc, they will take matter very seriously. now bcz of bjp goverment nothing is happening, just wait till congress comes
    from where did this issue of bjp or congress come boss.. the officers will be the same for any govt. in power. yadiyurappa or any other politician will not come to take the action.

    u r the who has to be pro active in treating this issue.

    Volvo Bus — Driver

    I travelled on Bus Day 4th August,2010 from Hebbal to Rammurthy Nagar and the Volvo Bus AC i took and paid the money Rs.25/- but i am sorry to say the Driver was so much in haste to drive was in his own world and very rash driver, he should know that he is carrying passengers who would like to reach safe to their home back from work in 1 piece.

    Hope the BMTC looks into this and do the needful with regard to this driver rash driving.

    Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation — Refund of Failure Transaction yet to be Received

    I had booked tickets on[protected] through the KSRTC website. The transaction got failed at the first time but the amount got debited from my credit card.The failure message stated that the ticket amount would get refunded in 3 days but i am yet to get the refund. Almost a month has passed and i am yet to get the refund.

    Meanwhile i have written 4 mails to [protected]@ksrtc.org but there seems to be no response. Also i have tried calling the contact number given in their website like a hundred times but no response at all.

    Please help to get this issue resolved at the earliest.

      This is with reference to OB15735093 for refund of Rs.2686.00

      I had booked 2 tickets from Hyderabad to Bangalore through KSRTC Online portal.
      My account got debited with RS.2686 but the tickets were not booked. The OB number for the same is OB15735093. I also had dropped the mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org but ther is no response on the mail sent. I also called them on[protected] Ext. 283 but there is no response on the call. its already more than 7 days and no proper response for the same.
      Kindly do the needful and refund the amount at the earliest.

      ksrtc as one of the worst site. Even though I gave all details correctly, I am not able to cancel the ticket.

          Dear Sir,
          I was a passenger vide ticket no J31664933 on 19/08/12 from Bangalore to Kundapura trip code 0830BNGCDP.Our bus met with an accident and the conductor brought us to Mangalore by another bus.From there we were asked to board an ordinary bus going to Badami vide no KA 42 F 879to reach our destination by the authorities.But the conductor of the bus abused us from Mangalore to Udupi and he denied a stop for us at Brahmavar.
          Kindly discipline that conductor who abused us for nothing

                I travelled pathanamthitta to inchappara today 23/07/12 at 1:05 pm in KSRTC punalur of RSC 60 ,KL 15 9512 had a bitter experience from the cunductor part as i asked him the balance ticket amount of Re4 and to drop me at inchappara JN at time he told me there is no stop and he told me why you get into this bus , go and tell this to driver for stop and having no change . And made me to drop after 2km between stadium JN and koodal police station and without giving the balance too..
                I had the feel that KSRTC is for service.i as an individual cannot accept this kind of pathetic behaviour from the your staff.
                I request you to take necessary action for the same.

                  Sir,

                  I had travelled Trivandrum to Venjaramood by KSRTC Trivandrum-Idukki-Kattappana Super Fast bus on 15/07/2012 at 23:48 Hrs.
                  The Conductor in this bus was behaving very brutally to all passengers at mid night. I am also a victim for this. I gave Rs. 101 for Rs. 21 ticket fare. I physically saw change in his bag, but he refused to give me the balance amount.

                  Hi,

                  I have travelled on 7th July 2012 10:50pm (KSRTC Vaibav) from Tirupati to Bangalore.

                  The below problems are faced while travelling:
                  1. Bus started by after 12am only, Actual bus time is 10:50pm.
                  2. Conductor allowed to sit some druken guys(unreserved) in the bus.
                  3. We are totally 6 ladies, we sat next to them. So,we asked to the conductor to change the seats. But she didn't respond properly.
                  4. That conductor didn't intimate the stops to the passengers. So we missed our stop and gotdown in the last stop.

                  We are not all happy with the service. We felt not to travel in KSRTC anymore.

                  Atleast from next time onwards, KSRTC has to take care of these things.

                    KSRTC is under profit.!!!!!!!! this is not because they are providing good service , but by rules they follow during issuing passes to students. Its Just like showing to PUBLIC that they are providing passes at less price , but actually not.
                    Reason :

                    My brother is studying in Hassan in 2nd PUC . He is residing in one of my uncles house there.(i.e. in Hassan) but we are basically from Chickmagalore , while he went get the passses KSRTC denied for giving it by giving the reason that in the Ration Card his address in Chickmagalur(This has been made mandatory while giving passess).They are ready to give pass from Hassan to Chickmagalur but not within Hassan...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

                    Dear KSRTC Dept,

                    Are you expect to get the ration card whereever we go, even though we reside there for 2 years. Please stop these rules which will not be o[censored]seful to public.

                    Documents produced : College ID Card , Uncles Current bill where he is residing.

                      respected authority,
                      i am a college student , i used to travel daily from ramankary to cherthala(at around 6.45am-7am) in alappuzha district by a fast passenger ( from pathanamthitta to thrissur ) which is the only direct bus which i can get in order to reach my college on time. even though ramankary is a permitted stop for LS/FP/SF they used to go without taking the passengers from the stop. On 18/6/12 as regular i was waiting for the bus and as usual they didn't stopped the bus and i reached alappuzha bus stand by a private vehicle, i thought of going by FP from there , when i reached the stand the same bus was there and i entered inside the bus, when i entered the conductor was starring at me and telling to the person sitting near to him that it was better not to allow me to enter the bus and he saw me standing at ramankary and intentionally not stopped the bus and in between the journey he used to commented me rediculously. it is not fare and is against the mission and quality policy of KSRTC . after receiving this letter i hope you will take necessary action at the earliest.

                          We did a return journey Bangalore - Ooty - Bangalore by KSRTC Volvo Airavat.

                          This is supposedly a premium bus service but needless to say, we had a terrible journey.

                          The seats are in bad condition. The head rests cloth is not changed as well. The rugs that are given smell and evidently prove that they have not been washed. This was obvious before we boarded our bus from Ooty to Bangalore - the previous set of passengers had just got off from the bus at Ooty after which we were asked to get in -- and we were expected to use the same blankets!!

                          Lastly, the driver refused to stop when one lady wanted to go the the toilet badly - and this was when the bus still had 4 hours to reach its destination.

                          Pathetic. How will we as a country improve and ease travel for our people and more so provide a better impression for foreign tourists???

                            On 20.03.2012 , I had made online reservation to Chennai with KSRTC Bus . But the transaction was failed and amount of Rs. 615 was deducted from my account. The Ref No for the transaction is OB5734257 .
                            After this several mail correspondence , reminder mails were done requesting to refund the amount. But till date this has not happened.

                            Hello Team,

                            I tried to book a ticket on 30-September-2014 and the booking was not confirmed but the amount got deducted from my account.

                            I have been advised to drop E-Mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org and I was informed that the amount will get credited back to my account in 7 working days.

                            Even after 7 working days, the amount is not credited to the account and So I have raised a complaint with the help of KSRTC customer care after many attempts. The Executive informed that the amount will get credited in 2 working days.

                            Today the Raised Complaint got closed and I have got a confirmation SMS on my registered mobile number stating that it is resolved; But the amount is not credited to my account.

                            Reaching KSRTC Customer Care for any queries is being a &#039;Night Mare/ Day-Dream&#039; as I have tried to reach on all the below numbers for about 62 times. But only twice I have got connected only twice.

                            I made three consecutive transactions all of which failed. I cannot see these transactions in my KSRTC account.
                            I haven&#039;t received a refund more than a month later.
                            I cannot reach customer care either, as nobody picks the phone, or they cut the call.

                              I am trevalled KSRTC Non A/C Bus charged Rs.14 some days in same stop and same bus.But today(17/5/2012) a conductor fare Rs.16,I also asked about the high charge,but he did not say anything.

                                Hi,

                                We had a booking of KSRTC Airavat volvo from Kalpetta to Bangalore. This bus starts at Kozikode. It is written on their online booking site that bus will reach Kalpetta at 12 afternoon and the journey time is 5.30 hrs. We had booked the air tickets from Bangalore for the 9.40 PM flight taking the delay etc into consideration. Referring to the site we assumed that atleast by 8.45 PM we should reach airport.
                                However bus was late by 1.30 hrs. It reached kalpetta at 1.30 PM and to our horror driver told us that it would reach Bangalore by 8.30 PM. So we will be late by 3 hrs.
                                If from Kalpetta to Bagalore it takes minimum 7 hrs then why the site mentions it will reach in 5.30 hrs.
                                We got down at Kengeri at 7.50 PM and though the e cabs driver tried his best we reached airport by 9.05 PM and missed the flight as we should reach airport 45 min earlier.
                                We had to re-bok tickets which gave a big blow of Rs14000 to our pockets. Thanks to KSRTC.

                                Drivers were driving very slowly. They had all the have all the time in the world to spot elephants and enjoy on the Bandipur road. That was even more frustrating for us since for us every second was important.

                                I want KSRTC people to look into this. Please consider that people have plans dependent on your service. Delay sometimes can be understood. However I cant find a single reason of mentioning wrong journey time on the official booking site .

                                We would definitely think 10 times before traveling through KSRTC next time

                                  I have cancelled my ticket for Bangalore - Pune. PNR No is J29544299. Total amount of the ticket is Rs. 1333. Date of journey is 26/04/2012. But till now I haven't received the refund amount (after deduction of cancellation charges) back in my SBI aacount. I've contacted on KSRTC email ID's [protected]@ksrtc.org and [protected]@ksrtc.org. I've received email saying that - 'contact account section on following email ID's 22221321/22221325, Ext: 280-for SBI and 283-for other banks'. I called up on the given phone numbers (on working days), nobody is answering the call.

                                  Please help me in this matter.

                                    My self TharunaSree, travelling from Jyoti Nivas College to kormangala depot in KSRTC Bus on 2nd May 2012 @ 3.15 to 3.45 in the evening. Bus number was KA 01, FA- 1617 which is a ksrtc pushpak bus, the bus number is 171. The conductor of the Bus was very rudly behaving. When i entered the bus i should my pass to the conductor he said my pass was lapsed as i don no to read and write kannada it was my mistake and i mmediately paid him rs 5; and when asked for the ticket he grew wild and demanded Rs.7 and gave me the ticket the ticket number is J93 809186 but refused to return my pass. when asked for a reason he was not ready to tell and started passing offensive comments wen i said my photo is in the pass.

                                    When i asked the name of Conducter, he was not ready to tell. I also observed that he was not wearing his batch through which we can identify his name and the depot to which the bus belongs. However i asked him this bus is from which depot, he said it from Kormangala Depot. Why the conducter is not wearing his batch and when he himself cant fulfill his rules and disciplines and being a educated why should we have to listen to them and face the situation which insults us.i request the ksrtc department to provide these drivers and conductors a training and to teach them a basic manner and discipline in which they have to speak to the public.

                                    Can the KSRTC solve my query and give the conductor a warning.I am very sure that the KSRTC department doesnt take any action against them ; and i can pass this comments as the driver and the conductor only insisted me to file a complaint and also passed a comment that i can do nothing even if i file a complaint as you dont take any action against them.As in this case there is no matter of money, its matter of my insult.                                       Very Very rude and horribly abusive conductor and driver of bus KA 34 01 8471 from Mantralala to Bangalore on 15/04/2012, Airawat Bus PNR:J29391865, TRIP CODE: 2120MNTBNG

                                      The conductor speaks Third grade languages and swears in front of ladies and is not at all apologetic for even one bit for his behavior. He even provoked me to go an file a complaint, as in his own words " yaaru shhta kitkolalla ".
                                      This is a heinous act against customers and that too just because we were searching for our slippers which had slipped and reached under someone else's seat while getting down from bus in KG bus stand and it delayed no one ( as we were last to get down ) and caused no harm ( no traffic jam , in contrary to what the conductor said ) as it was 0445 in the morning .
                                      Instead of helping customers which is expected at the least, he started abusing in third grade language.
                                      I am ready to give any more information regarding this and to follow this up.
                                      This was the most horrific experience I and my Family had with KSRTS so far, which had more or less made us loose faith in the system itself.
                                      If no action is taken on that manner less conductor and driver, its a shame on the mighty KSRTC system.
                                      This is with utmost regret I am writing this complaint. The conductor did not even care for the ladies present. He even abused them.
                                      This is totally intolerable, and that conductor has to be taught a lesson and some manners.
                                      Please just see that he cannot get away after doing such things. Its a humble request
