[Resolved] Kutchina — arm twisting method for AMC | |
Dear all I purchsed Kutchina chimney (velva) from their Lake town Branch, Kolkata . Twice they came for services that is only we made several calls. First time while cleaning they broke one of the round oil collector which they replaced on the second visit (free of cost ) and on the second visit they again broke older of the two oil collector and also the plastic cover of the bulb which they somehow fixed iwith quick fix . They refuse to replace the same even when we are ready to purchase the spare parts, which they have broken, untill we make a new AMC with them as after few days of their last visit, one year warranty period had expired . I had been visiting their service centre at P-108 Block B, Lake town, Kolkata 89 ( ([protected]) to buy the spare parts and called their Head office at [protected] for the last one month, But no action have been taken. On hearing that we are not interested for AMC, for one month they are avoiding us in the pretext that spare parts are not available but subsequently also advises us that once we make a AMC, technical person will reach immediatele with the spare parts and to collect the cheque. Kutchina/Velva — Servicing
The Kutchina Chimney (Velva) was installed in June 2009. Till date no after sale services provided instead of repeated request sent over phone. During the purchase the sales executive (Mr. Antony Patra & Mr. Avijit Roy) committed to provide three nos. free services within one year of purchase. Last discussion had with your attending personnel on 10th April, 2010 and she assured to send the service people within Monday the 12th instant. But till today no one attended.
