[Resolved] Kutchina — NOT GETTING RESPONSE AFTER FACING PROBLEM FROM COMPANY | |||
Dear Sir, We are sorry to inform you that, we are facing some problem after using kutchina chimney in our house. We purchased it on 06.05.2009 from Bajoria Appliances Pvt. Ltd. and the service man installed that on 09.05.2009. After few days from installation installation, the problem started. And the service man totally neglected us to accept our complain. Before purchasing, all of them promised us to do their service all time if the if is any problem. We installed the CHIMNEY to ignore the smoke or smell during cooking. My father is a patient of Asthma and the smoke is dangerous for his health. My mother called at regular basis to their service center no. But they ignored all the time. My question is that "is it justified from a reputed company or are they doing right job to their customer"? Was this information helpful? | |||
