I purchased one Laopala dinner set from Bigbazar, haldia,west bengal on 14/11/2009.There was one scratch card inside the box.After scratching this card I found that CAR is written on this card and Bigbazar confirmed that I won Car.Immediately Bigbazar sent all documents to Laopala to claim CAR.After 15 day with daily followup Laopala telling that Scratch card which we found inside the laopala dinner set box is dublicate so they are not liable for any claimed gift. i Sumant Shukla had purchased a set of Six Tea Cup and Saucer of La Opala from CSD core canteen, Sultania Infentry, Bhopal. and when i started using those cups to have tea or coffee i found the cups are going chipped while poring the tea after few seconds the Cup got broken automatically in two pieces and all the comes out and spread out in the kitchen working area i thought may be that our fault because the cup has broken but after i used the second one the same thing happened then after few days i had again tried two more cups then the same thing happened now i have only 2 cups with me and now i am thinking to use those cups or not. your products are very attractive and costly aswell but why all these things are happened with me kindly make your quality check system so strong, so that these things will never happen with any other in future.
and kindly sujjest me to whom i show those remaining cups for check.

Laopala dinner set — Dinner set bowl is cracked while putting hot vegetables in it

Hi Sir,

I had puchased one laopala dinner set few months back from one shop in Yamunanagar.
Few days back, it was cracked while putting hot vegetable in it although the product specification says it is microwave safe. The bill for the same is lost.

Please advice what i can do?
