lenovo 3000y410 — issue of assured gift

hi sir..

i purchased Lenovo 3000 y 410 this year january 2008.i was assured of gift PHILIPS MP3 Player along with laptop.but since past 11 months i being enquiring about my gift but nothing was given except assurance that they will give me in few weeks.. this saying few weeks passed to 11 months but i did not get my gift.. Asked my local dealer also dealer in Bangalore but no use.. can u please help me out in this matter.. it will be kind if i get my gift since it was auured gift along with my laptop..

i had purchased a lenovo 3000 y410 88q.
there r some problems in my laptop plz give better service, bcz my laptop is in warranty.
in my laptop dvd writer or reader is not working and at the time of starting is creates some sound.
i had purchased this laptop from itj retailer.by the help of this i had complained this problem on 5-1-2009, and i got a case id-l918006q.
plz solve my problem as soon as possible

When I insert CDs or DVDs in my DVD writer and starts reading the CDs or DVDs, it creates sound which increases constently.The sound is like that something inside is misplaced and they creates the sound.

Kindly provide me the possible solution.

Dear Sir,

I purchaed Lanovo 3000 Y500 in oct. 2007, it's Dvd r/w not working correct, it's not read any local cd or dvd it only read orignal cd or dvd, it's cyber link power to go software not making or write any image or date cd. it do as 5 month after purchasing.

what I do plz give me best service or idea as soon as possible.
