sir, i am prince pal, i buy a lenovo laptop on[protected]. i choose two free gift items a fast track titan watch and a philips mp3 player .these two items still not delivered to me. so please try as early as possible delivere these items to my address .my reference code is RED[protected] prince pal address:North Estate Near Nalwa wood works. Dear Sir,
I Sanjay Verma purchased the Lenovo Laptop under Diwali Double Deal offer and as per the procedure I sent all the required document to the Channel Technologies, Noida.But I got the email from Channel Technologies that my claim has been rejected under Lenovo Diwali Double Deal and I'll not get any gift since they have not received my original bar code along with the other documents.
I personally sent original bar code with all the documents so it is very hard to believe that they have not received it.Despite several reminder phone calls and emails I have not received any satisfactory response from Lenovo & Channel Technologies.
I request you to look into this matter.My Reference code number: RED[protected].
