[Resolved]  Lenovo / Laptop — Complaint For Lenovo Y410 Laptop ‏

Hi,

I am Rajiv Gupta. My friend had purchased one lenovo laptop from ATLANTA, U.S on 22/09/2007. My lenovo laptop S/N is EB06655888 and Model Name is 7757. Now, this laptop is not working due to some problem. I had raised one complaint in INDIA with case ID i.e. Complaint no. [protected]. I am not getting positive response from service center situated in Pune India. When contacted they told me they don't have the last 3 digits of my lenovo laptop's model no. Ex. 33Q, 52A. That's why they are unable to give service. More over when I contacted the lenovo call center at their toll free number i.e.[protected]. They said your laptop is not having international warranty. I asked then but you guys only told me that your system is under international warranty till Dec.2008. But they didn't answer back.
Finally service center person are asking me to collect my Laptop from their service center.

Now my stand is what's the use of international warranty if they are refusing to provide me service for my laptop in India.

I have all the receipts with me except International warranty card as company don't give any card as they track the warranty by laptop serial no. I don't know whom to contact but I am sure if you people take up my request forward I surely get positive response from them. Please find the below details of Laptop

lenovo Y510 wifi laptop — complain about lenovo laptop model number Y510 keypads not working

This is to let you know about my laptop is been purchased from states dated 5th february 2008 which i have scan it and attach the file subjected to this latter. My complain is about my keypaids are not working. I want to know about my warranty and the way i can find it. My complain number and relation number. Please reply me as soon as possible. ( Chirag. I dnt know why LENOVO is not providing the proper services. if they cant provide the services why dnt they stop manufacturing of products. i m facing the same problem with my LENOVO Y410. It is not able to read the DVD.. i purchased it on 28th August 08 and yet didnt received any warrany card..
i heard that Y410 is creating problem in most of the laptops why dnt they replace it. on other hand, other companies are providing better services.

I had visited to your service station which is located at J.O.P PLAZA SECTOR-18 3rd FLOR. NOIDA named INGRAM MICRO. Sinces last four month the day when note book SCREEN LOCK get infected (flap problem loose from laft side and gap) .

Hope some one will come forward to solve my problems

This is with reference to LENOVO 3000 N200 sr.no. L3W6676, Model No.0769, I am very sorry to inform you that Hardisk (120 GB) failed on 26th Jan, 09.

It seems very poor quality hardisk has been supplied by IBM. I could able to manage to replace hard disk with Local Computer service attendant with an additional cost of 105 GBP (65 GBP Hard drive+ 40 GBP service charges)
i have a problem with my lenovo y410 laptop.

i have a lenovo y510 model.due some cause lower hinge of laptop had broken.And i didnt find the parts of that.i ask for in service centre but the parts was not there.i also ask for toll free number.But they told to visit your nearer customer service of lenovo.i m from jamshedpur.
please give the suggestion where i get the parts (lower hinge).i also search for net but the parts was in waiting.i couldnt find anywhere.

Lenovo/laptop — not in the proper condition

I buy the laptop on july 2007.but this is not in the proper condition.after 2-3 hour close and very heat.already we repair the laptop on the once time in service center but after this it creat the problam again. i m not satisfied the lenovo service.

Iam Srinivasan, I have bouth Lenova LAPTOP in USA and it is a internation warranty, My Lenova Laptop Serial Number CBU0058972 and the Model Y550, This Laptop is not working due to some keyboard problem and they all not at all giving proper response to the customer, I have sent lots of mails and Phone followup but they are not at all responding to the issue and positive reply, Iam waiting for more than 60 days after spending a huge amount for this laptop, Iam ashamed about the lenovaservice and iam really telling Lenova is not elidigble to run the company if they are not giving the good service to the customer.
