On 16-03-09 it was found that no cool air is coming from the indoor unit whereas the outdoor unit was operational and the same was report LG customer care at the same time. After complaint the alternate day the engineer visited my home checked the AC and told that PCB (Electronic board) is faulty and same has to e replaced and he told that it take 2 or 3 days to get the part. after 4 days another engineer visited my home and told that PCB is ok the problem was with blower and it needs to be repalced and it will take 4 or 5 days to get the part and after 5 days the engineer visited my home and checked the AC and told blower is ok and motor is faulty and should be replaced and it will take 4 or 5 days to get that and till date the part is received and my AC is not working. The complaint was given on 16-03-09 and todays date is 04-04-09. Everytime different technicians attend the problem and they are not competent to carry out the job thats the reason the problem was identified in three different ways. I am having lot of problem as it is summer time. I really fed up calling these guys asking for the part and I think as it is free service they are ignoring. I am already my friends & relatives not use LG product as it is junk and nobody cares to attend your call when you have any problem.
The technician come from MBS services, Vashi and the people sitting in that service centre they dont have minimum manners to speak with the customer.
