I purchased on 10 Oct 2006 a Fully Automatic Washing Machine Model: WF-T7512HS from LG at JAIPUR. On 29 June 2012 its Spin Drive failed to operate. On 30th June 2012 I lodged a complain with their Consumer Service Center. They registered my complain vide their No RNA[protected]. Their technician visited me on 2nd July 2012. He removed some Calcium Deposit from the exhaust and the Spin started working but he cautioned me that the machine needs scaling and for it has to be taken to their workshop. I gave him my consent. he duly charged 340 as service charges.But again on 13 July, the spin drive failed and I lodged another complain on 13 July and LGs technician visited on 16th July and replaced the Drain Motor and billed 1650 for it. After the replacement of the Drain Motor, a new problem started and that is the water started leaking from the drain. on 22 July 2012 I again complained about this new problem consequent to the replacement of the drain motor but till to date despite repeated reminders LG has taken no action. At this stage, I feel that possibly the drain motor was unnecessarily removed. Probably the problem lies in scaling as suggested by the first technician. But at this all I want that kindly persuade LG to carryout repair work. Was this information helpful? |
