i purchased a mobile of lg model no S310 on 12 august 2011 and it get dead on 13 august.
i submitted it to the service center on 16 aug because 14aug was sunday and 15 was independence day.
i had not yet received my mobile and every time i go there to receive my mobile they give the excuse that they had not yet received the parts.
