Dear Sir,
I had purchased a lg Monitor. it was not working from
18th july of 2012 so i complained to lg service centre. He checked and said that we will repair it in 10-15 days.nd take
my monitor to thie service center. till 3 weeks they did'nt give me any
response.then I had make call to service center and ask what is exact
condition they said we waiting for your monitor part which is fault.till
then I am calling them regular but they are not pick up phone.when they pick
up phone said we are very busy and don't call us when we have free time your
monitor have been repaired .
When i have called to customer care regarding this. they don't give me any
response.
Now i thought why i purchased of lg product. In future i will never
purchase lg product
