[Resolved] LG Electronics — Not providing any services | |||
Hi, I have registered my complain(RNA[protected] regarding LG refrigerator on 21st Oct via customer care center. They said technician would reach after 24 hrs of lodging the complaint. After 24 hrs i again called them as i did not received any call from customer care office or technician, then again i called them they said they are putting the reminder for my request,after 32 hrs also i did not received any call and did not received any service. So again called them, lastly they gave me Pune LG customer care center number and also number of compliance officer but nobody is picking up the phone.Today it has been 4 day but i have not received any help from LG service center. LG — Not providing service
I had a split lg AC and is under warranty period.I have complaning last seven days about it but still no steps have been taken yet please help me in this regard.My complaint number :[protected]
