[Resolved] LG Refrigerator Double Door - 240 Lts — refrigerator is not working

I have purchased a 240 lts frostfree refrigerator model no-GL258VA5 ( Invoice no-498 dt.19.10.10)from LG shoppe at puja mall,kharagpur.It worked without any trouble for 6 months then suddenly gone out of order. It was attended by your service engineer twice during the warantee period, some tripping device was reset by him & it was stated that nothing is unusual it is a simple problem.However the refrigerator become inoperative in last month.Problem was intimated to LG shoppe, but no action has yet been by them.Pls do the needful for early rectification.My contact no-[protected].

LG REFRIGERATOR 240L — NOT WORKING

Dear sir,
i am very dissaopinted to say that i had purchased Lg refrigerator 240 lt from Croma Vashi navi mumbai- on 12.03.09 since two month refrigerator is not working and i have booked compain in LG customer care ,
My compain number is : C09A0900010 on 09.10.09. but still there is no response from LG C care.
So i request you to please take step against LG company and try to solve our problem.
Hope you will fully coopertae with us .
